Everyone there were courteous and knowledgable. I was out in 30 min, which is a big plus for me.

3 stars for speedy staff and PA, one star for the price of a DOT physical about 30 to 40 percent higher than their competition. Tech appeared annoyed by my questions or conversation, a little abrasive and her customer service was sub-par with peers. Overall, I paid more for quicker service otherwise I would rate my experience at 2 stars. Thanks

My spouse went there for a drug screening it was very professional and courteous. They were very fast and prompt even though it's walk-in basis I would highly recommend them for future drug screenings.

Very good people working there. Very friendly and courteous. Doctors very easy to talk to and give a thorough assessment. Would definitely recommend.

Nice ppl, do their job well. But way too slow getting you to back from waiting room, to take a quick piss test or hearing test.

Well trained professional staff. Prompt service by technicians. Friendly staff!

Check in was fast but gentleman doing test was scary. He did not know what he was doing, had to ask what to do and safety precautions were not there.

Worst place ever to get a drug test have been at this place for 2 hours and still was not seen for another 20 min after 2 hours passed so I sat here for 2 hours and 25 min for a simple drug test and there were only 4 people in waiting area this is a waste of money and time

Usual going to a Medical Center just like this one, you have to wait not at this one. It was very promoted, they had the must up date equipment for testing. So it was in and out then back home. Waiting to hear from my employer.

The staff at Nova is very polite and professional. I was a walkin for an annual physical and kept me moving along so i was out of there in about an hour.and i appreciate that. THANK YOU

They were friendly, and explained every step of the test. I've been elsewhere and by far they are the best.

The staff has no idea what each other is doing. Front desk old guy says one thing and the irritable female says another. They lie to you. Be careful it'll cost you a lot of money for their lies. Save your money, time, and headaches and go to pinnacle right around the corner.

Great place to go do your DOT physical cost 123.05 $ wait time 20 minutes or less people in front desk get your paperwork and information right and your in and out in no time.

Friendly staff and fast.
I went for a pre-employment screening. The staff was friendly and had my screening compete in a timely manor. The drug screening results were virtually instant. My job had the results before I got home from the clinic.

Great staff. Usually can get in and out pretty quick. I have been going there for a long time and have never had any problems. I highly recommend Nova.

I liked very much. Pretty quick to see you. Professional on drug screen, etc. Angelica and other women behind desk were good; the 2nd 'Angelica' I ran into that day, so indicates Angel's are helping and prayers said to Archangel Raphael are appearing more effective. He is ' The Medicine of God', the name means ' God has Healed'; and Doctors/Nurses often ask for his help; and that's a good thing/ practice. IMO

It’s always busy here, expect to wait up to 3 hours while holding your urine to do a urine test that takes only 5 minutes at the maximum to complete. There also is not much seating when it does get busy but the staff is very friendly and tries to be as fast as they possibly can.

Mrs Gonzalez was very nice to me. I think she likes me. I wanna go there now all time now. John and everyone else were great
