Nova Medical Centers, Dallas TX

My kids were not able to go in with me. Since I don't have a car, they had to sit outside during my testing time. I wasn't allowed to go out and check on them or the dragon at the front desk would mark me as having refused. Possibly the worst drug test I've ever done. There's no beverages except water out of the fountain.

Love the Dallas location.
Went to Plano location first (don't go there) front office lady really rude.
Came to Dallas location very helpful and friendly people.

This place violated my rights as in they had someone come watch me while i did my drug test like i was on probation very unprofessional would never recommend

Went to Nova Medical Center to take their drug test for employment. The staff were very knowledgeable in their profession made the drug test pleasant to take. On a five star rating, I rate them with a 6 Stars. Thank you………. Lee Notley

They pat uou down like you're a criminal! I didn't know it was their job to police their customers! Wouldn't recommend. Customer service is awful

Didn’t check the fax and told me I had no paperwork, after leaving and printing my paperwork and coming back, someone decided to check the fax and with time stamp 1 hour before I first arrived. When I first came in they didn’t ask my name or the company and just said we don’t have any fax. It’s easy to say no and send someone away and mess up their day, if you are busy i understand, just ask me to wait while you catch up vs sending me home! This place will be concentre with 1.8 rating in no time.

While i was here saw a concentra employee come in and ask for employment…. Great!

The ladies who checked me in were good, especially the African American young lady with the accent. She even engaged with me in conversation. The front side of this clinic is good, the technician/assistant who did my employment drug screening was TERRIBLE! She had blonde and brownish black hair and was Latin or Mexican I think (I’m not really sure). She was being short and dry with me when I asked her questions and was a little rude as well. I let her know they were out of tissue in the bathroom and she seemed like she got an attitude because I asked her for TISSUE! Something a woman needs in the bathroom! Overall experience, I’d give it a 4.5/10. They need to replace her in the back if she’s the one dealing with clientele because she was TERRIBLE.

Terrible customer service, workers are rude and unprofessional. My husband missed out on a job opportunity because Of this. Please don’t even waste your time coming here.

Last week, I went to the Dallas, Tx Lovefield location. The two ladies in front were very unprofessional. They were talking about personal issues to each other and on the phone while I stood there waiting to be helped. There were no other customers in the lobby but yet they were very rude with bad attitude as I begged to be helped. They made me wait for over 30 minutes before they finally did my lab work. The only pleasant, helpful and professional staff that I encountered was the X-ray tech. She made up for the incompetence of the front desk staff. I believe that the front desk staff need to be trained on customer Sevice and professionalism.

Service was fairly quick. They didn’t have any TB tests in stock which was annoying because it was supposed to be a one stop shop for me.ultimately, had to visit another place to get the TB testing done.
