The girl who did my test ended up asking me what kind of driver I am when I’m a nurse, because she was filling out the wrong paperwork. Then she spilled some of my urine, broke the seal on it and then used the same broken seal to put it back together. Not impressed. I’m going to be so very upset if I have to go back and give another sample because it’s a 40 minute drive each way.

If i could give this place zero stars I would. I had to come here for an employer mandated drug test. It is dirty, disorganized, and the front desk people are “not allowed” to tell you how long your wait will be. Very frustrating and painful if you have a full bladder waiting for a test

Everyone here is very nice, there speaking hello soon as your foot step inside of the door. Which I loved the acknowledgment. Once making it to the back to take my drug screen everything was given to me clearly clearly on what I need to do how long I had to be inside of the restroom I loved all of the clear details. My collector was a nice woman I did not catch her name but I did know that she was from Galveston we were able to have a small conversation while she gathered my paperwork together. I do remember Adam he was very helpful and you should always keep a guy like him front and center.

Very nice group of medical personnel and the Waite was minimal for my drug test.

Everyone was super friendly and they were super fast on getting you in and out.

Gave me a false positive drug test and missed out on a job opportunity then it came back clean at the lab. Took another test for another company and said it was to cold when I can clearly see it wasn’t. Horrible staff

The only bad experience I had was the the technician with the long ponytail that did my testing. When I spoke to the young man he barely spoke back. I asked him was he having a good day & he wasn’t to sure. He wasn’t friendly at all. And he was really rude he needs to work on his customer care skills. I will never return to this location again
