I am very tired of coming here and cannot wait til my sessions are up. I have been unhappy with their service since the beginning of this year, maybe last, (can’t remember) when there was a change of management or something. Before the switch or whatever it was, I purchased a leg and pit package but when I first started, my pits still had flare ups from deodorant burns so we decided to wait til they were completely better. Fast forward I’m toward the end of my leg sessions and my pits are way better so we decide to go ahead and start pit laser. Back to complaining, with the switch the usual people were let go and no one ever knew what was going on with my prior sessions or what I was coming in for. My very first appointment after the switch wasn’t in the system so they couldn’t tend to me and had to reschedule. Often my appointments had to be rescheduled due to my appointment being the last one with a gap before and them not wanting to sit around to wait or my appointment being the only one and them telling me that they won’t stay open for one appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment if they will cancel cause they feel like it. I’ve also been canceled because their machines are down and today I just had to stop at the second laser zap because the cold air for laser didn’t work, my pits are sensitive and recently healed from the deodorant burns so I wasn’t going to take the risk. I didn’t get an I am sorry for the inconvenience just an annoyed face and them telling me the other clients have done it without the cold air. I am extremely pissed to have had to drive nearly 40 min for an appointment I couldn’t have because they failed to make a courtesy call about their broken machine and it made me even more pissed that they were annoyed and didn’t apologize for their inconvenience. After I complete my sessions I will absolutely not purchase any more and will go elsewhere for further sessions if needed.

When I called they told me that they guarantee 90% of the result but I can't see even 50% progress.

Super bad experience they burned my face and they never wanted to give me an appointment to remove the black stain that the girl left on my face!

Front staff is rude. Laser hair removal doesn’t give good results. Leave messages and don’t return calls.

Carmen does a really great job!
I overheard a client tell the receptionist that Carmen makes her feel comfortable and I totally agree! Everyone here has been friendly and I’m loving my hair removal results!

They treat you very well.
And when it comes to completing her work, she makes you feel confident, an excellent worker.

First of all I will not recommend this place. I use to come here when Nicole was the tech.and she was awesome, helpful, great attitude they now have new personal including the office manager and are very rude. The laser hair removal doesn’t seem to work correctly even when they use the strongest section. Don’t waste your time.

The results after laser were not good. They keep doing treatments with bad settings with little to no results. Their pricing is competitive but they don't deliver. The technician recommended to get another package (this was my second package with a total of 8 treatments). I have dark hair on olive skin but when I asked which setting were they using, two of them said they were using dark skin setting. They took my money and didn't provide service.

Update: I had another session and the results were disappointing again. The new technician, called herself Carmen, had her notes open in front. It seemed like her first session. She kept talking about random things and how well read she was and finished the one hour session in 30 mins. She finished legs in 5 mins. Consistently disappointing service and results.

I had the Brasilian and the armpits done, they do it so quickly that the laser doesn't work well. I talked to them because I was going for the 6th session and it didn't work.
They don't turn up the intensity (they half did it with me because I complained) they gave me an extra session but the last one they didn't turn up the intensity (it didn't work for me)! LOST MONEY!

DISCARD. THEY OFFER ME PACKAGES TO FINISH MY SESSIONS OR SO IT'S NOT ENOUGH, THEY WANT TO PUT YOU PACKAGES OF ANOTHER 6 SESSIONS WITH OTHER THINGS!
They are supposed to offer you 1 or 2 more sessions but NO!
If you are going. PLEASE DEMAND THEM TO UP THE INTENSITY.
THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS WHO CHECK THE HAIR, THEY DO NOT DO IT TO KNOW IF MORE INTENSITY IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR HAIR.
Too disappointed in this place.
