NRG Stadium, Houston TX

Got there a little after 7 there was NO TRAFFIC went right into the line to park and when I got to the line to pay for parking, the lady said don't worry about it and waved me through. Then we parked pretty close

Great stadium, all seats have a great view (very vertical layout) all staff is friendly. This stadium Isa great example of a sports facility. Been a couple of times for Texans games and Monster Jam

First time being here, was invited to the Monster Jam which was cool. Seats are kinda small, but overall a smooth process from start to finish.

Went to the NRG with my daughter to see the Monster Trucks. Great experience despite the ongoing COVID pandemic. Kudos to the stadium staff and organizers for ensuring adequate social distancing, pre-event online ordering of merchandize, cleanliness and providing an entertaining event.

30 MINUTES BEFORE GATE OPENING, they come out to tell us the show was canceled. Are you kidding? Nothing on your website, no communication at all. So incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Great set-up, The thing I was disappointed in was spending 21dollars on 2 drinks to get a souvenir cup for the monster jam and they gave me 2 Texas texans cup's instead and told him i do not want them he insisted by filling them up and throw in a popcorn for free. So I settled for some over priced cups that we didn't want with lids that were to big which one of the cups got knocked out of my hand by some kid running pass me. Needless to say I missed the first 23 minutes of the show cause I was waiting in line for over 50 minutes due to 2 of the workers having a dispute over the fountain machine that went on and off the duration of me waiting to purchase beverages.

Nice facility.but snack area closes half way through? Bought unlimited popcorn and drinks.went to get refill and clerks said "ummm were closed" so much for at least 1 refill. They got a paycheck though

Having fun at Monster Jam. NRG is always fun and the booths are really nice. The staff was top notch. So polite, helpful and friendly.

Went to the yellow lot for my husband's second Covid injection. No long waits and lines moved quickly. It only took us an hour from start to finish. Very well thought out!
