NRH Modern Dentistry, North Richland Hills TX

Used this dental office just before July of this year (2023) and found it to be a waste of time. For the few things they did; dental x-rays and a cleaning they billed over $600.and the "so called referral" from the female dentist was not a satisfactory solution and I had called back for another referral and essentially was ignored with no subsequent follow-up. I will add that I was familiar with the medical and dental field (professional agent) and how things are typically done, and quite franly I was disappointed that it seemed that they may have assumed that as a minority I was ignorant to how such dental offices operate when the focus is not on "customer care first" but what they can get out of the patient. I certainly WOULD NOT recommend this dental office or their organization, instead seek a dental team that understands that when they treat people equally and right.the bucks and referrals will follow!

Beautiful experience! From the front to the back I felt everyone truly cared. Dr Hussein was compassionate and really took her time educating me about my treatments! I recommend this team 100%!

If you want to have a crown fall out after 16 months then this is your dentist office. Not only did I have to have a crown replaced but onlays were used that only made it 3 weeks before falling off.

Very positive experience. Lupita was great. She made sure I was comfortable and was very attentive. Dr Hussein was very professional and explained everything perfectly.

Doctor Hussein was great and the team is very friendly and supportive. After trying few other clinics, I have finally found the place which I can trust with all my dental requirements.

The NRH Modern Dentistry is a very nice and clean place where I was able to feel comfortable even in one of the less pleasurable places that one could be. From the receptionists to the dentists, all are amazing people who are doing their best to help keep teeth healthy, and that is all that is really important at a dentistry.

Agree with other reviewers that this place is a scam. First, they lost track of my record. Called me up 2 hours before my appointment asking me to register as a first time patient when I already am. Wasted my time going through the boring process again.

Went in, the shady female dentist tried to pull scared tactics on me. Made me feel like my teeth would be doomed if I don’t get a deep cleaning. I asked for a deep cleaning price breakdown. She gave me the list, about $600 after insurance. I asked her, of that list which are an absolute must and which are optional. Made a huge difference. The must treatment would cost me about $155. The optional treatment which they DID NOT mention it would cost me $440! Very shady. I suppose schools don’t teach ethics any longer.

There are crooks at every level of profession.

Following up on my previous review: Brought my x-ray that they took to 4 dentists that I personally know and all came to the conclusion that I do not have periodontal disease that the “dentist” claimed, and the “required” treatment they tried to up sell me was unnecessary!

All I wanted was a regular cleaning and they vehemently denied me!

I'm not exactly a fan of going to the dentist (who is?), but Dr Hussein has the most soothing manner and is incredibly gracious and comforting, ensuring every visit is both figuratively and literally as painless as possible, and the office staff are always helpful and quick to respond to my needs. Highly recommend!

Awful. No hygienist. They tried to sell my wife an expensive laser treatment and then have her sign a form acknowledging it was not proven to help. Didn’t do the thing that would help: deep cleaning. Snake oil.

My family and I recently changed dentist and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff is helpful and friendly. Dr. Hussan takes her time with each procedure and ensures quality work. You are not just a number here. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond with care.

Dr. Hussein is the best! After getting multiple treatment recommendations from other dentists which didn’t sit well with me I was delaying treatment. Then Dr. Hussein recommended I get a crown which made more sense. She took her time in making sure the shade was perfect and I am very pleased with the outcome. Plus she has a really good bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Hussein!
