Corbett was very helpful and kind while explaining what was recommended for my car. He was patient and thoroughly answered all of my questions with a smile and great attitude.

Marcus and the crew really took care of me today! There's a lot of good things going on here and I'll definitely be bringing the rest of my family's cars here! Prices were fair and not once for i feel uncomfortable or pressured into anything but they were very thorough with pointing out everything on my vehicle. Thanks again guys!

I went to NTB to get a new set of tires for my Tahoe. I told them "please do not look at anything else. I don't want your 120 point inspection or any other service. I only want tires. " I repeated myself like a broken record, hoping they would get the message. After waiting for over an hour and a half, they come out and say I need an alignment, air filters, fuel filters, ball joints, etc. They also said I should consider getting a new car, because mine was beyond repair. Thanks for not listening and wasting my time, NTB. You are the best at ignoring your customers and trying to sell them things they don't need. Next time, I'll go to a place that actually respects my wishes and doesn't treat me like an idiot. NTB stands for No Thanks, Bye!

Went here yesterday to get my alignment checked out because my usual mechanic couldn't fix it. The young man who greeted me and assisted me at first was a bit short with me and didn't seem very present. It seemed like a slow day for them, so I didn't mind until he got much more conversational with the other male customer there.

Other than that, great service! The mechanic who worked on my car is super friendly and informative. He won't do anything to your car without your permission and first explaining your other options. The other attendant was super friendly and went out of his way to look up the parts I needed to get a hold of and told me where best to find them. Would definitely come again!

I went to attack a ruda and they found me a mistreated lespage but when I left for Bibrava street more so I returned to serve them they invented many things so I crossed out the paper with my pen and told them to keep the money very bad service I don't recommend them to them

Second time getting a oil change here. Both times were set appointments and both times took over 45 minutes to even start, and nearly hour and half to finish.

Bring a book cuz you'll be here a while.

We’ve used NTB twice for tires for my husband. 4 brand new tires and a few weeks ago, replacing one single tire because the sidewall blew out. When we went to pick up my husbands car, we discovered a nail in my tire. We asked them to look at it for a repair and we were told “my mechanics won’t fix it. It’s too close to the sidewall (it was 4 inches away) and they’ll send it back out. You’d better take it to a mom and pop and they might fix it for you. But you should replace it” he seemed like he couldn’t be bothered.

We took it to discount tire down the road and they repaired it quickly, at no cost. We even found out they offer free tire pressure checks! We will be switching to discount tire for our future issues as they were professional, prompt and customer service oriented.

I bought 4 tires from this place. Usually this place has been helpful but since I had an issue with one of the tires. I felt like they didn't want to help fix it. Even tho I had a warranty on all of them.

Marcus the Store manager was amazing he helped me with all my car needs an questions that I had concerning my repair. He went out of his way to find the part I needed because his location didn't carry it Great customer service extremely friendly an welcoming. Great job

Marcus and the team did a great job. Marcus presented multiple alternative product offerings and clearly explained the differences. The overall time to install the tires was just under 1.5 hours. Very good service from start to finish. Purchase included 4 tires (Pirelli 265/50/R20), mounting, balance, TPMS service, alignment, Lifetime balance/rotation, and road hazard insurance.

These guys are ALWAYS a great experience. The customer service is outstanding & their product base is very good! They are my go to tire guys

Excellent products backed up by excellent service satisfaction guarantee. I had an issue discovered by my technician and it was made right by my salesman Corbit by giving me a replacement tire at no charge excellent experience! Kudos.

Do not use this NTB. They cut a wire from my battery that connects all the electronics and will not pay to fix their mistake. Manager took no accountability even when the dealership told them it was their error. We will not be using them for any further work!

Great experience for needing to spend money for car maintenance. The staff were knowledgeable and I was kept informed of the work progress. Main thing is I didn’t feel that I was being taken advantage of. Good job Conroe NTB. I am a satisfied customer.

I always go here for my oil changes, yesterday was my last day ever going! They told me I had a seriously bad control arm and lower front suspension and quoted me $ 1,456
So I became stressed I went to two other mechanics and they laughed and told me they were wrong!
I’ll never be back!

Marcos was great. Ansered all my question got me in and out within an hour with no appointment. Great experience each and every time. I love Marcus and his team. They always go above and beyond.

Just got 4 tires there again, but for a different car. Sorry I didn't leave a review before. Prompt, professional, courteous, and best of all, good prices. I'll be back. But hopefully not for a while because their products come with pretty good warranties too.

Hello NTB, today is January 13,2023, Friday the 13th. Im not usually a superstitious person but today takes the cake. I call NTB at 9: 30am this morning to get a quote for shocks for my SUV. I talked to the manager named Thomas and he quoted me a price and I asked should walk in or appointment. He its not crowded come in and he will take care if me. I get there at 10am it is now 404pm and SUV is not ready. One of thee eployees told me that they needed to find different shocks because of the type of SUV I have Ford Expedition. I got one updated and I was told The SUV would be ready by 1130am. That is not case. The price went up by $150 and I'm still here in the waiting room. I am in the Army Reserves and I WILL NOT recommend any one from unit to NTB.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased a battery from another location, which was a Duralast, and the Conroe store wouldn't honor the battery replacement. Then they told me a bold-faced lie that NTB did not sell Duralast batteries. The girl got an education and found out that they do sell Duralast batteries but they still wouldn't honor it because they didn't have one there. So it's my responsibility to go to a different store with could be completely out of the state or whatever, but it's up to me to go get the battery replaced so there warranty is it worth the paper it's written on all they got to do is change Brands and Bam you're screwed. Will never shop at NTB ever again!

Went to get my tire replaced, everything was fine untill I went home and noticed my lug nut was stripped. I go back to the place the next day to tell them about this and they say they use the tool that fits and saying the lug nut is swollen. I am unable to take the lugnut off and I would have to pay out of pocket to get a new one after this company destroyed it. "Its not stripped, its swollen" - ntb manager. I'll have to pay to have the lugnut removed and replaced because I took my business to this company.
