I drive a Mini Cooper which I absolutely love to death but always hated the fact if something goes wrong it had to go to BMW. Not anymore! First I have to say Mr Will and his techs went above and beyond. My car started having issues Friday night, I was able to drop it off Saturday midday, they diagnosed the problem as bad ignition coil’s and spark plugs, had my car back to me in two days! That is unheard of especially since it’s Christmas week. Mr Will always called with updates etc.they have earned all of our business in the future. Thank you NTB for a awesome job!

SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT AT 2PM FOR AN ALIGNMENT. Was told it would be an hour. I was also told if I left the property while my car was being serviced that they'd purposely take longer and that it would be "2 hours max". Came back at 5pm to pick up my car (3 hours later) and I LEFT AT 530PM WITHOUT AN ALIGNMENT. Just an absolute waste of time. Sad but true, yet another terrible customer service experience for the books.

Everybody at this location was nice helpful. And the manager there her name is Jen go see her with anything you need help with they will get you takin care of for a reasonable price

Had a flat. Got there at 7. Closes at 8. Chase M.says there to busy and cannot help me. So now I'm driving a truck with a dangerous tire on it

Make sure you bring a pillow! Might be here awhile for an oil change. Had an appointment and it took almost two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Inside is very clean and has a nice waiting area but honestly, would have preferred not to have gotten so familiar with it. Also, very slow internet available.

Slow inefficient look like a bunch of back wood hillbillies runnin around. I got 2 tires from walmart took an hour to get them on. This place 5 hours to get 2 on.

Very friendly service. Wasn't to busy so the wait time was not long at all. I will definitely be back for future maintenance needs.

Do not go to this place they try to upsell you and if you don't do it they just won't do the work buyer beware.they said my transmission was slipping and could not do the work so I took it to a competitor who said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the transmission and did the work in the car is running just fine

They were able to get me in quick, tires changed and aligned that day! Great customer service. Matched any pricing I found online, and then looked for any other discounts they could apply. Total invoice went from a little over $1000 down to $750!

This store is probably the cleanest service place I’ve ever been to. The customer service was very well, I’d like to give these guys a huge thanks for helping me with my truck problems and for taking care of me. I’d highly recommend for everyone to come in for any of your vehicle needs. These guys are reasonably priced and know what they are doing.

If you just happen to find yourself in the small town of Porter Texas or the surrounding area and you are looking for a good all-terrain or mud tire you would be considered a genius if you just happen to wander into this place, the staff at this NTB store found me the best deal I could find in Porter, conroe, Willis, New caney, spring, and everywhere surrounding these areas these guys will do their very best to satisfy you as a customer I am very very very pleased with their customer service skills these guys have it down I wish there was some kind of award I could give them for their customer service skills and their service absolutely please with them and the tires I bought from them, my grandfather was in the Navy and he is 77 years old needless to say he is this nation's Navy veterans he served his country proudly and he is very deserving of the military discounts he receives this is the only place that I could find that would give him a military discount if you are active duty or a veteran this is the place you should be going discount tire does not offer a military discount they do not care if you were a veteran they do not care if you risked your life to defend them they don't care NTB does and from now on I will be using NTB only to get my tires.

Manager Will was exceptional! He went above and beyond my expectations. I will be recommending this location to all my friends and family.

Took over hour and half for 4 tires. Tried to sell me battery I didn't need. My low tire pressure light on now, 1 week later. Guess I have to drive back see what's going on with my new tires.

I just wanted to drop in and give a review of the NTB in Porter, Texas. The service I received from Lou and the team was fantastic. Lou promptly greeted me and explained the tire selections available. He understood my budget and never once tried to over recommend any service or item I didn't need. The waiting area was clean and full of coffee and tea. Service was quick and professional. I look forward to coming back and visiting for future tire needs. I take offense to the young man claiming to clean this place up. I had been a loyal customer to NTB for many years and recently followed the young lady who was running the location of 59 to the porter location. Never had the place been dirty as he claims. If I knew where she was I would tell her she is being slandered by him. I have been in their since and the staff seems miserable and it is not cleaner than when she was present, guess time to change where I get service and tires from. Good luck!

I replaced my tie rod ends & upper/lower ball joints, took my car in to have an alignment. My steering wheel was off center after changing the tie rods. I told them specifically that I needed them to center the steering wheel. They come back and tell me the alignment was done. I ask for the print-out, they don't have one because their printer was out of ink. Walmart right next door, just go buy some ink. Ink doesn't just run out suddenly, there are warning signs, I guess that's too complicated. They promised me the alignment was done, and I saw them doing it so I let it slide. The wheel was still off center just like when I dropped it off. The rear driver's side wheel was very obviously toed in, where it was not before I dropped it off. I take it back and am given the run-around by the guy that did the alignment about why he did what he did and why he couldn't align the steering wheel. I told him he needs to start in the back and align the wheels as straight as possible, which he didn't do because the left was toed in badly, then I said he needed to straighten and lock the wheel then align the front of the vehicle. He looked at me like I was crazy, said that he just does what the computer tells him to do. I told him the alignment sensor clamps likely slipped off the rim and were hanging on the hub cap, because this has happened to me in the past and resulted in a incorrect alignment. I asked for the alignment to be redone with me out there observing to be sure it is done right and so I could see the computerized results, they refused. What a s**t show. Stay away. Employees have absolutely no knowledge of what it is they are doing. I doubt they could pour piss out of a boot if the computer doesn't tell them how to do it.
