NTB-National Tire & Battery, Carrollton TX

I was at a gas station trying to air my tires up but the machine just let the air out! I took it by the NTB and they fixed the problem for me! I don’t remember the name of the employee who helped me but he had GREAT hair!

Took my car in today thinking I would need a tire because I had a nail in the back tire and per the dealership they said how the nail was in there they would not be able to patch and their tires were really expensive. Took in to NTB today and they showed me the tired and patched it and saved me from spending $$$ to buy a new tire which was not necessary and Fernando was a big help and I walked out of there pretty quickly and did not cost me anything. I go to this location and every time I have gone they have knowledgeable employees and they are very nice.

I authorized replacement of 2 tires. I had a puncture in a tire sidewall according to them. They said they would be able to get to it when I called and scheduled a time. Then when I dropped it off, it was 2-1/2 hours before they could deal with it. I left it. I question whether the puncture was in the sidewall. I would have seen it. I then authorized replacement of 2 tires. They replaced and charged me for 4. I have no trust in their morality

Great customer service! Very fast. Took care of my tires, gave me a spare and cheaper than Walmart. My new go to place! They “Bring It! ”. Compare this to The NTB THE COLONY Location and that one stinks. This rocks!

I had a sudden low tire pressure warning due to dropping temperature. I was driving near NTB and asked for some assistance. Kadee so happily helped with my need. I am very grateful. Thank you so much! An angel was not far from me yesterday!

I had an appointment for 11: 00am 10-1-2023 to get four new tires. Told me it would be about 2 hours when I arrived. It is now 2: 20pm and they have not even begun on my car yet. What is the point of an appointment if they are not able to keep it or even get close to completing the work in the quoted time. Never coming to NTB again.

Edit. Found out why they didn't start on it. Their employees are so incompetent they never got my keys.

Long waiting times more than 3 hours even when they are not doing anything and the treatment at the front is terrible. Nobody cares about the customer. Terrible place. It's empty and it gave me a waiting time to change my tps sensor

Brian and team when above and beyond to take care of my vehicle! Very professional and great communication! Highly recommend them!

The team came together and went above and beyond to help us out of a sticky situation! My boyfriend's battery died across from the NTB. Katelyn, Ty and Kareem were amazing and coordinated getting the car pushed over to their center at no extra charge. They diagnosed and replaced the battery quickly and we were headed home.

Took my tire to get a plug on a Sunday. The girl at the front desk was great. Went back to pick it up and there was no charge.

Haven't been there since my oil changed about 3 months ago come on now everything is different, you usually get oil change for about didn't know because he didn't tell me before they did the oil change cost me $100 I will be taking my business elsewhere

Rude customer service and completely unorganized.
I had 2 tires installed on 8/5/23. Their printer was down so they were going to email the invoice. I have not received it as of 8/11. I called and was told be a rude guy that I need a work order #. How the hell would I have that since I don’t have the invoice. They gave me a credit card receipt and nothing else. He said Brian would call me in 15 minutes. That was 3 hours ago. I spent over $800. Simply need a detailed receipt. Their system is needs to be overhauled if they can’t find your info by name or phone #.

Brian has been my “point person” when I have had issues and he is a HUGE help! I just moved to the area and he has worked to get me in! The team is friendly and prompt

It’s bad enough I’ve had to have my wheels re-balanced three times in eight months because they keep mininstalling stick-on weights, which I’ve asked them not to use, but they insist on using. But today I got talked into a differential fluid change for $149… but they didn’t mention that was plus another $172 for the actual fluid and lube. Huge rip off. After 25+ years I’m never doing business with them again.

Amazing customer service! Highly recommend coming here. Everyone was super friendly. They kept us in the loop with our vehicle. Calvin the manager was so helpful he saved our trip, truly a God sent! Thank you so much for everyone’s help.
