NTB-National Tire & Battery, Plano TX

I am giving them a new fullform to NTB - National Trust and Best. No kidding, they are truly the best. Guy named Matt there gave honest feedback that tyre are good, no need to do anything except rotations. Gave me full break up cost and various options - and told whats best for my vehicle (not only the costly one). They also do tyre rotational in Oil change package. Thankyou NTB and Matt. Appreciate it.

Came for an oil change, awesome service from the staff and they had my car in and out quick. They gave me a heads up telling me it’s almost time to change my shocks, I’ll be there again for that service!

Jeremy and Chris really helped me out when there was something wrong with my car. They were pretty busy when I arrived so I was afraid they would not be able to help me out since it was late in the day but Jeremy told me he would take a look and Chris figured out what was wrong with it. I am very appreciative for their help. They have great customer service at this location!

I came to change my battery. The stsff is friendly, professional and courteous. They are very efficient I was in and out in 15 minutes. This saved me from getting to work late. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend this battery shop at this location.

Follow up from my review some months back. I needed tire services for 4 different cars this week. Lots of roof repairs in my area, lots of loose nails. Every one was completely perfectly and on time. I can’t express my appreciation and Thanks to the staff enough. One of the services was rebalancing on my older model car that is quite a challenge. Again the work was excellent and my car rides perfectly.

I have an older model car that requires unique tires and services, the work completed on my car was phenomenal. Can’t say enough good things about the timeliness, quality, and service friendly performance from this location. This NTB location is worth the drive.
Matt, the manager, is professional, meticulous, and impeccable. Complicated and standard services for my vehicles are always effortlessly taken care of, accredited to Matt's ability to communicate, educate and alleviate stress due to trust in his integrity and his team. As a woman, I experience businesses’ attempts to take advantage of me due to that fact alone. I’ve been using NTB for last 15 years on 4 family vehicles. This Plano location is by far the best one in DFW. Matt is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Jeremy’s at the front is awesome.

This location saved the day a few weeks ago when we blew out a tire. So we stopped in for a tire rotation on our 2nd vehicle, great customer service. Will definitely use NTB for other car services. Highly recommended!

I went to 2 other stores, and call multiples other companies that couldn't help me, their financial offers were way too confusing to get to them or they were not familiar with them. When I called, Jeremy answered the phone and was very real and understanding. He clearly explained the financial support program available for my needs. I came to the shop immediately and got my vehicle evaluation by Jeremy himself. The shop appears to be very well run, very clean and chilled lobby. Technicians very responsive to greeting guests coming to the front desk, I noticed.
The Easypay financial seems to be easier, faster, than some others like Snap or Dignifi. (All 3 minimum purchase $350). Possibly less questions or lower threshold to qualify for the same 90 days interest free or pay 199%APR.
The front tire got done very quickly. I was surprised.

Matt the General Manager is fantastic with his customer service. Accurate with his quotes and tries to save you money where possible. Vehicle is always ready as promised. I have been using this location of NTB for years due to the great service and Matt has been the best GM to date. They do it all here!

I would like to recommend NTB which is located at 4560 State Highway 121 in Plano. I continue to return to this location because of the manager, Matt. He is honest and professional and very knowledgeable and will take time to explain to you what type of repair or service your vehicle needs.

Matt, Jeremy, and the entire team at NTB have always provided us with phenomenal customer service and stellar vehicle care. I'd been to Matt before for oil changes and had always been pleased with the speed of service and kindness of the staff. However, this past week, Matt and his team really went above and beyond. I had my newly leased car towed there to replace two blown out tires. When I leased the car (two days before the tires blew), the leasing agent had told me that the car had brand new tires. After Matt and his team had inspected the tires, they let me know that the tires were actually over three years old. Thanks to Matt's honesty and transparency, I went back to the leasing company and they replaced all four tires. I am so so grateful to Matt and team for their excellent service and they have definitely earned my trust. I will continue to visit Matt and his team at NTB 4560 SH 121, Plano, TX 75024 for all my vehicle service needs. Thank you, Matt!

Editing my original post 11/01/2022 - The manager at the location got back to me and personally had his team take a closer look at the squeaking noise issue and fixed the mechanical issue of basically replacing the brake pads which was missed in the first check. The manager apologized and also assured that he will work on having his team at being thorough on every check. I believe it was a genuine miss by his technician the first time around and after the issue has been fixed, I hope they will try to be on top of their game consistently.

Dishonest people working here. Bringing shame to the NTB brand.

Got new tires installed and took my SUV for wheel alignment and got it done. Immediately after the service, there is a squeaking noise from the wheel and I took it back for them to look at the issue and clearly reported it to them and they did nothing but simply do realignment which obviously did not fix the issue that they had caused in the first place.

My go to place for new tires. Everyone is pretty damn close on price these days so it has to come down to service. While most shops tell you they can get the tires in a few days (I get it, few places actually have room to stock tons of tires) these guys see how fast they can get them from their DC. Even after installation they are great. My TPMS was not reading correctly, I dropped by and in less than an hour I was on my way with the issue corrected.

Matt greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and was kind enough to check on the status of my vehicle repair and provided me frequent updates. All of the staff were friendly and it was obvious this specific location knows how to operate efficiently with the heavy traffic flow that came through. Will definitely be returning for future services.
