I went to get my car inspected at a place that rhymes with “Liffy Jube” and they told me they could not pass it because the pads were too worn. I told them I would just take it home and get pricing before I made a decision. Nu Brakes offered the better prices so I scheduled. On the day they came out, the tech took the wheels off and told me “These pads still have at least 70%. You really don’t have to replace them… “ That’s winning honesty. That won my business going forward.

Joseph was my technician. He explained everything he was doing, checked front and back brakes, and said there was no need to replace them at this time. I really appreciate his honesty.most places just charge you for unnecessary work. I will definitely be calling this business when I need brakes next time.

Very pleased with the service from my tech, Jonathan. He got the work done efficiently and effectively. I would however advise NuBrakes as a company to look at their scheduling system though. I got a confirmation for between 12: 30-5pm for service window. The tech actually texted at 9: 40am saying he was on his way. While I’m thankful he was able to get it taken care of earlier than expected, I had to head back home earlier than planned to make the appointment.

Excellent services, very fast, knowledgeable & well priced. Changed out my brake pads and rear rotors and tested them to be perfect now.

We drove From Florida to San Antonio, TX.and I failed to do maintenance on my vehicle before I left for a long trip for a long vacation, brake pads were completely gone (metal to metal, grinding) I found NuBrakes online and they came to the hotel parking lot and put new brake pads on my vehicle. I left the keys in the vehicle and the technician did the job right in the parking lot and I didn't have to be present and he just sent me the invoice via text link and I paid. We were on vacation and didn't have to sit around and wait. A+ to the company and technician Joseph.

The brakes on my 2015 ford f150 has squealed ever since the guy did the last brake job. Never came back to check his work. Joseph was very professional and friendly.
