The speed at which these new operators learned was only thanks to Mike's clear communication and his expertise in the field. Would definitely be using their services again in the future

I had worked with Mike years ago on scripting for our Tecan EVO and his work continued to meet our company's needs as we scaled up and added workflows. When we needed to create a new workflow for our Tecan Fluent, I knew he would do a great job. He is a pleasure to work with and very detailed and conscientious! He went above and beyond to make sure we had the most efficient script that is simple to use.

We bought a Tecan Evo Freedoom 150 to answer our automation needs but did not have the skills and knowledge to operate it. Fortunately, we were able to receive the proper training from Mike at Nucleus Automation. Within a few days, Mike taught us how to operate the instrument, write scripts from scratch, diagnose errors, and troubleshoot. He also provided us with tips on how to optimize workflows and suggested a few additions to our system in order make it more flexible. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and personable. I highly recommend Nucleus Automation if you need help with your automation workflow.

Mike was able to help address a concern with data integrity in our highly integrated Tecan. Being in a regulated environment, it was critical we protect data generated during a formulation run and generate reports as needed. Mike came up with an innovative solution that ensured we met our quality obligations. In addition, Mike was able to identify and correct an issue we have been having with an integrated centrifuge since it was installed. While on-site he trained staff in more advanced topics and demonstrated how to program liquid classes to help us accurately pipette volatile liquids. The lab staff was excited to implement the new “tricks” they learned to simplify our processes. Lab staff and upper management were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism demonstrated by Mike and team. We look forward to working with him and his team on our next project.
