Nice backin and pull through sites in addition to cabins and tenting area. Full hookups with 30/50 amp. Water/electric sites are back in a beautiful oak Grove closet to the river. Nice pool and splash pad along with volleyball and basketball courts. Great rally room with kitchen.

Television did not work had to unplug to turn off, remote didn't work. Bed was terrible, had plastic pillows. Had no towels only a floor mat, had to supply own linen, take out own trash.

Very beautiful place but the customer service was terrible! The lady with the purple hair working the main office was very rude to me and my family and treated us like more of an annoyance rather then guests. I highly recommend this as a vacation spot but the customer service could be alot more better!

My wife and I are riding bikes across the country. Rode here from Del Rio. This place is awesome. We are camping, but also lots of cabins to rent. Bathrooms are super clean. Looks like a great place to hang out during summer with a family

Nice park. Very big, the RV sites have enough separation that you're not on top of each another, and the views were very pretty. Good location for motorcyclists. Older, but clean restrooms and laundry area, and are a bit of a hike from the rv area, but we were told that improvements are planned for the future.

We had a great time! Due to the time of year and the anticipated rain and cold front (which didn't arrive until Sunday night) the campground was not crowded at all. I grew up in Uvalde and we spent every weekend on the Nueces River, so I was excited to get back to it! The river was fantastic. The rise at the end of August did wonders for the river and we enjoyed and refreshed our souls swimming in the crystal clear waters! Our assigned site was under a HUGE live oak tree, the site was very large and clean. Other guests were friendly. The stars were amazing and the facilities were fabulous. We had a very relaxing and rejuvenating weekend and we are looking forward to our next stay. And, like I was taught growing up, we took care of the site and left it better than we found it. Thank you for everything!

Spent 8 nights at the resort starting on 9.2.22. Kudos to the office staff of Penny and Miranda for getting my kids to a new cabin on arrival when the ac quit. The park is well maintained and can't say enough about the beauty of the river. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this resort.

This is our 3rd year staying here. We usually do state parks but this resort has the feel of being away from the city not crowded and the amenities of keeping kids and adults occupied. From a golf driving range, swimming pool, splash pad, corn hole, volleyball, basketball, great showers, washateria, and river access to a great little swimming hole. Plus pets are welcome they have a little dog run too. Very nice staff in the office and running around the park keeping it up and clean. Definitely a hidden gem but not for long, they are expanding for more rv's.

So me and my family have stayed in different camping areas surrounding the Uvalde area. Places like "The Riv, Chalk Bluff Etc. " all which have been great. However, we always had some small complaints for example. "The Riv" very beautiful, clean, private entrance to river but the downside EXPENSIVE. Chalk Bluff reasonably priced but too many people because of day passes and cabins definitely need cleaning before hand. This year I found this place and decided to give it a try. Wow, perfect combination of reasonably priced and Clean. The cabin was well maintained, they had a pool which was a big plus; also very clean and well maintained. This place definitely has a lot of rules but none that I found to be ridiculous. Another great part was that they're no day passes which meant when we went to the river there was minimal people. Now something that is worth mentioning is that the walk to the river is annoying. It is worth going since the water is very clean. There is a bridge that is a 1 mile down the road from the resort which a lot of people go to. There is a lot of loose dirty at the bottom when in the water and smells a little bit because of the trash that some people don't bother picking up after themselves. Still a good place to swim but the river at this resort you don't have those little details. I highly recommend you give this place a try if you like, reasonable on price, picky with cleanliness. I don't recommend if you're a young crowd and want to have loud music late and get rowdy when you drink (you will probably complain about the rules)

It was our unforgettable family getaway before the school year begins. Lodging at the Nueces RV River Park, has its own unique charm. The cabins are comfortable and on property water park is so much fun. We barbecued on the porch, it really was an enjoyable, well-rounded experience. Personally, I enjoyed walking up to the river early in the morning, there was a natural beauty you get to witness. It was meditative and therapeutic. Oh and it's pet-friendly, too!

We stayed at the RV park and it was beautiful. The only problem I can report is the check-in time for the RV is a little late (3: 00 pm). It's not like you have to clean any rooms or change linens, it's an RV site! By the time you get set up, your day is gone and you had to pay for that day! Check out time is 11: 00 am so there is a 4 hour gap there (for what reason?) The park is a nice park and we will be staying there again.

Beautiful and clean campgrounds. Access to the river is a short walk from the campgrounds and the river is gorgeous! Love it here, it’s my new camping spot!

My wife and I came to this park for the first time not really knowing what to expect. While booking sometimes on line and not seeing in person what your about to book can sometimes be scary. We were exceptionally surprised on the park and how well maintained and clean it was. Very nice and friendly staff. The lay out of the park was wonderful, had many things to do there to keep you busy and entertained. Very shady and beautiful. River access, swimming pool, play ground, showers, laundry and much more. Definitely will be back With my whole family.
