Numotion is a horrible company. The rep that goes to TIRR Memorial Herman John McCarble did measurements on my husband and didn't turn them in. Negligence on his part and my husband passed before he could even sit in his special made wheel chair. I never got and apology from John or no one over the company for his negligence. They are irresponsible and treat people like their nothing because it is not them or their loves ones.

We’ve been calling and sending emails for 6 to 8 weeks to this company in regards to our daughters wheel chair. Our daughter has out grown her chair and is very uncomfortable. They sent a technician last year to measure her and now nothing!
No one returns our calls.
Bridget Padilla is our case manager. Shame on you, you do a terrible job.
Numoton is a terrible company so not use them.

I’m currently in the process of trying to receive equipment for my child, Nu Motion has been the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in terms of adaptive equipment. If your insurance accepts other vendors please run far away from this company!

It’s been almost 9 months and my daughter has not received any equipment needed.

We had some issues getting through on the phone. So we just went in. They were awesome in servicing the wheelchair we have and making a minor repair. We couldn't be happier with the service.

If I could leave a NEGATIVE star review I would. After waiting 6+ months for a wheelchair and stander the customer service is AWFUL. I call and email over and over and NOBODY can email or call back. I had to personally drive over and hour to see someone to get a new harness request, and now I just called and they’ve been sitting on it for 2 months. My doctor’s office had to call them to get them working on it again. I will NEVER use this company again. Absolute shame they let kids with disabilities go without because they can’t do their job correctly.

I have been client with them for about 5 years and was satisfied up until here recently. This "new system " they are using is ridiculous! Can't speak with anyone at local branch anymore. When I call now I'm hold for hours and the issue does not get resolved! I am told someone will call you back with update or the manager will call you but no one ever calls. I have called on daily basis the last 3 weeks if not 1 time but 2 or 3. The technician did not come to do repair during appointment time hours and am still waiting. Just hung up with them again and nothing has been resolved! Very frustrated and disappointed! My husband is suffering! Without his chair operational he has fallen and has injured his tailbone and is in severe pain. I feel that numotion has not been compassionate and not urgently trying to resolve the problem at hand. Very unprofessional!

Don't recommend. Look at most of the reviews. Definitely wouldn't use again. They appear to be more highly reputable in the best way many years back but now overall, they aren't in my opinion either.

My brother’s wheelchair has needed repair. I have called everyday to no avail. I have called multiple times a day, left my phone number and no one has reached out. I don’t know what to do at this point. This is not acceptable when dealing with people relying on wheelchairs and other accessible support

Called and thought everything was ordered correctly. They failed to call and inform me that my seat cushion was discontinued, and that I was probably going to have to jump through hoops to get things that are needed.

Amazing amazing amazing, God sent us an angel from this company. I am care giver for one of their clients. My client has limited ROM with his hands. This angel’s name is Mario Hernandez. After several technicians came to just come and look at the chair and to tell us that they have never seen a chair like his. And to tell us they couldn’t work on it and would escalate to another team, Mario took the time to educate us on how to fold the chair properly and how to use it for every day use. And even explained how the functions worked in away that I understood. My client had so many questions that he answered. He even took the time to answer our questions about his previous orders. He Carried his lab top in his tool bag. He was able to answer every question He had except for billing questions he did explain he did not feel comfortable going over that since Numotion has dedicated to these inquiries and he backs them fully. To finally be able to take him out and get him out the house has been the biggest blessing. I hope new motion keeps him as an employee and hires more people like him.

This place is deplorable! One would think that after nearly 10 years of us patronizing this company, there would be some sort of change! I do not know where to begin. I had given three stars because I had FINALLY got someone who possessed some type of professionalism. However, on today I got Stephanie.once again and the situation was an entire circus! If at all possible you can help it please AVOID THIS LADY AT ALL COSTS- especially if you are big on GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. And it's not only the employees because supervisors never call you back. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience but every time I did it was usually where Stephanie was somewhere involved. They made a delivery to our house today but neglected the most important item which was the car seat. Since I had a post-op visit in Webster Texas and a dental visit on Westheimer I stated that we would pick it up. Stephanie asked what time we will pick it up because she wanted to have a tech ready and available. We told her between 1: 30 and 2: 30. She said that was great she would have a technician ready and available at that time. We got there within that time frame and exactly as I had expected, no one was ready. When we notified them that we were there, we had to WAIT for the techn. Then, we had to WAIT for the technician to go get the car seat from the back which took about 15 minutes. Then, we had to WAIT for the technician to properly secure the seat in the car. Then, bless his heart, he had to go get paperwork for me to sign. That means I arrived at numotion around 2: 30 and left at 3: 30, to get to my doctor's appointment at 3: 30 in Webster, Texas! We explained how important it was that I make this appointment and NO ONE seemed concerned EXCEPT the tech! Needless to say, I did miss my doctor's appointment. I also left a message for Jennifer, so we will see how that goes. Numotion should be proud of Stephanie.she earned this ONE STAR all by herself! (See update) I WISH I could have given her ZERO STARS. Her lack of professionalism reflects the business so therefore I am rating the business 1 star especially since they are so horrible at following up with complaints. Prayerfully, my daughter's doctor can find her another agency that can service her. UPDATE: Ms. Jennifer called me back! She listened patiently while I gave her the run down of yesterday AND as I requested, she is pulling the call log to verify what i was saying. She was EXTREMELY professional and compassionate and she DEFINITELY got the STARS BACK FOR NUMOTION! She said something that stuck with me. She said, "you could have a great experience in a place and one bad experience and the customer is going to remember that experience. It will stay with them. " She also agreed that that didn't sound like good customer service, but I want to acknowledge those who DID give great customer service, as I did personally when I was there. Mr. Luis Vega and Ms. Eva were exceptional, as well as Ms Jennifer. So, I won't allow one bad apple to spoil the bunch. Thank you, Ms Jennifer. I am calling my daughter's dr back to give Numotion one more shot

DONT PICK THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR INSURANCE MONEY AND NOT FIX YOUR EQUITMENT PROPERTLY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
