Nunnally, Freeman, Owens - Marble Falls Dentist

While i've only worked directly with Dr. Nunnally, i have referred a number of people to the clinic who saw Dr's Freeman and Owens and the reviews are always glowing. Their clinic is absolutely a model clinic for dental offices of the future as the holistic nature to dental and periodontal hygiene becomes more understood to play essential roles in our overall health or lack thereof. We are lucky to have them here in Marble Falls!

Unlike any other. Expectations exceeded. The staff is delightful and the care is well thought through and beyond what any dentist I have visited offers. The surgery I had is still healing but I am confident in a great outcome since each piece was well explained. I was even sent a one hour video, to watch if I wanted, regarding why this surgery is so important to my overall health. Professionalism beyond compare.

I am so happy I found this place. I haven't been to a dentist since 2012. I know, I know, I know. I just couldn't find one that honored the holistic approach and wouldn't give me a hard time for actually caring about what goes in my mouth/body. Associations (like the ADA) don't always have the best interest of the customer in mind, sometimes they will sacrifice quality for money. So I don't just trust everything they endorse or say.

I found this place when I moved to Austin in 2019. I did the research and just fell in love with their balanced approach of traditional and natural medicine. I postponed the opportunity to visit them due to financial reasons and the pandemic. Fast forward to yesterday. I went in for a cleaning and initial assessment.

Tabby cleaned my mouth and was so nice and helpful with the millions of questions I had. And I learned that I had certain bacteria in my mouth that could have been influencing my memory issues as of late. No other dentists have ever done this for me before.

Dr. Owens then helped me with looking at my cone beam x-ray (way more effective than the traditional 2d x-rays) and developed a treatment plan. Through it all, I really appreciated their calmness, friendliness, and knowledge. The place is super cute too, there are tons of windows looking at a relaxing garden in the middle of the building.

I was able to get several options for my treatment plan with customized prices for each. This helps me feel confident that they respect my budget and personal preferences rather than try to push me to do whatever benefits them more. I will likely do everything at once because 1) the financial impact is better for the long run and 2) they have made me comfortable in making that decision for myself. The bottom line is that I feel more confident moving forward.

If you're wondering if this place is worth the investment. It is! Not only is the financial impact better in the long run (things are done right the first time around so you don't spend more money on multiple appointments for multiple/new problems), your wellness is better. They really care about supporting your body's natural ability to heal. Your body will thank you for it (even years down the road)!

Side note: my partner got two molars pulled out and healed so fast. It was unlike anything I've seen on social media where other clinic's patients would have their jaws swollen and they couldn't eat solid food for two weeks or they would be in pain for a long time. My partner was up and at it the next morning and has had no problems since then. He is looking forward to going back for more cleaning and other needs. Can you imagine? Looking forward to going to the dentist‽

Also, I wish everyone wore masks here. Luckily I am fully vaccinated but it is not 100% effective. I would have felt better if everyone wore masks 24/7 here. Of if there was a high-quality HVAC system, then signs to explain that would make me feel better. I've already scheduled a COVID test next week to make sure I didn't get anything so I don't pass it on to my severely immunocompromised family members and best friends.

At our ages, it is so critically important for us to receive the highest level of biological dentistry services and that's what they provide to us. I drive from Austin to Marble fAlls to see Dr. Freeman and the rest of the staff. I have seen a marked improvement in my oral health in the 6 months I've been working with them.

Dr. Owens was so kind and patient to explain everything to me. The entire office staff was unbelievably friendly and genuine. I cannot recommend this place enough. I drove 1.5 hours to get there and it was worth every minute.

My teeth cleaning appointment was exceptional! It was the most timely and comfortable teeth cleaning I’ve ever experienced! I have super sensitive teeth and gums and I wasn’t even sore. Very friendly staff, they were very hospitable. The recovery time my husband experienced was way better than any previous dental surgery he has ever had, and Dr Owen's personally called us the night after his surgery to che check on him.the building is very comforting and welcoming and does not feel like a dentists office at all. He experienced almost zero bleeding and we were able to go eat out to celebrate the surgery the day after. Also no narcotics at all were needed post surgery, which is a definite WIN

I contacted Dr Freeman after hours when I had a dental emergency with my regular dentist. She wanted to do immediate surgery and was using artificial materials which I knew were not healthy. Both Dr Freeman and Dr Nunneley called back within an hour. I scheduled an appointment and they fully explained all the procedures. I was very anxious about losing a tooth so unexpectedly but Dr Freeman did additional procedures to make sure it was necessary. The additional steps they take with accupressure helped to calm and relax me. The office staff is very caring and provide lots of attention. Even my caregiver commented he had never seen an office like this. My only regret is that I had not contacted them sooner. I would highly encourage anyone facing dental procedures or surgery contact them first.

I had a dental emergency and they were able to fit me in on short notice. Dr Freeman and the entire staff were kind and extremely knowledgeable. When you know you doctor cares about your health it really gives you a greater peace of mind. I would recommend them to everyone!

I picked the worst week possible to be in Texas - the great ice storm of 2021 and yet Dr. Nunnally and company got the job done! I can not say enough of Drs. Nunnally and Freeman for their dedication under the extreme circumstances to accommodate my situation as I had come from out of state. My personal assistant Rachelle was also wonderful navigating me from initial inquiries through the procedure and post-procedure. Everyone I interacted with was top notch.
