NuYu Dental, Round Rock TX

This was probably my favorite dental visit to date! There have been several changes over the years with this office and its management and I really enjoyed this new crew and Dr. Qandla! I had a very wholesome, thorough and pleasant experience and the team really made me feel safe! The new technology used to take photos of my teeth and assess my dental health is pretty advanced too! All around excellent dental care! Thank you!

The folks working here are top notch. I had to have a crown added, cleaning, and some fillings replaced. I’m a giant baby when it comes to anything to do with a dental drill. Everything could not have gone better! The dentist made sure to check in after numbing me to ensure I’d feel no pain. Great experience, thank you.

My dentist carefully inspected all of my teeth and explained all the details and solutions. She also informed me about possible risks.

I’ve never liked my Dentist office. It’s always been something I’ve dreaded since I was a kid. However, this Dentist practice has been by far been the best I’ve had. Consistently for several years. Even when the staff changed, the quality of the practice did not. Even as little as throwing in a prescription on the house. Nuyu will forever by my dental spa.

The staff is awesome, and they genuinely care about the healty of your mouth in it's entirety! Thanks NuYu Dental!

I really enjoy my visits to Nuyu Dental. The waiting area is comfortable. They are always friendly, and explain everything they are doing. The wait times to get back into to see the dentists and hygienist is always very short. This morning I pretty much walked in the door, check in and was seen by Brittany immediately.
Brittany was super friendly, fun to talk to, and very knowledgeable. Brittany made the whole experience a blast. She is my forever hygienist!
Once she was done, the dentist came in, who was really nice, and went over what I have going on with my teeth, and explained my options very well.
I am looking forward to my next appointment.

WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER. I am never a rude person and probably never gave anyone any bad review. But this is it!
I used to come here a couple of years ago. The old management until early 2022 were AWESOME.

But now the staff has NO IDEA what they are doing and the staff is rude, inconsistent and VERY dishonest. One person says something and the other something else. Some of the doctors were fine like Dr. C
However, the hygienist in there literally have NO IDEA what they are doing; busy talking to each other instead of focusing and messed up with my gums. Praying it heals faster, most likely it will. But they don't even ensure if the patient is numb enough! When I mention it they act as if they were right and "I know it all". The lady who sits by the cash register most of the time is RUDE and not knowledgeable.

My son also went in and now he is in much pain.

Save yourself and DON'T go there anymore. Terrible service honestly. If you end up going there, just pray you find someone good. As I said the previous management were great.this management is terrible.

Great dentist! As with most patients, dental work is super stressful and causes SO much anxiety. She was able to complete my crown, pain free, which is amazing! I love this practice.

Came here like 2 hours before my graduation and was taken care of Britney and me and her are like best friends now she’s by far the coolest and most efficient hygienist that’s ever like “worked on me” if that’s how u say it. Britney is for the people:)

My dental hygienist was amazing! So kind and talkative which made me feeling relaxed. Highly recommend this dentistry!

Usually I don't post reviews and most of my experience with NuYu dental was phenomenal, friendly staff and good dentist. But all of a sudden today I receive an invoice for some work I had done two years ago. Is this a standard practice for them? I don't know because they don't answer the phone.

The staff here is phenomenal. I hadn't seen a dentist in several years and I have an irrational fear along with crippling anxiety whenever I do go. They made me feel extremely comfortable and I didn't feel judged over my terrible teeth. I felt like the only thing they were worried about was helping me feel better about myself and to make sure I was comfortable. If I could give Nuyu Dental 10 stars I definitely would!

Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. Dr. And staff were amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind.

I have been a patient at NuYuDental for quite a while, at least 8-10 yrs. And I have been very happy. Until the last few visits to the point that I am no longer going. First, they have moved to almost all temporary personnel. You never know who you're going to see each time. The temporary personnel are unfamiliar with the systems there so they always have to ask for help. Not to say they are unpleasant - All the hygenists have been very pleasant, but you don't see anyone twice. Second, they have moved to a kiosk and computer screen to check in. Yes, there was a person on the other side of screen - that you cannot hear due to the noise in the office. Then they just send you paperwork electronically that you are to fill out yourself on your personal phone, including taking photos of what you are typing in. When I attempted to ask the person sitting there a question, they just pointed me to the computer screen. Thirdly, as I mentioned the temporary personnel - not enough. This visit, I had to hold and use the water suction myself. What's next? , They hand me a mirror and tools to do my own teeth cleaning? And finally, when I was asked about a next appointment, I declined. But they made me an appointment anyways. When I told them that I did not want another appointment, and that I couldn't make that day that they assigned me without my input anyways, they told me just to take the appointment and cancel it later. This was my last visit to NuYuDental.

One star is way too much for this clinic.
Went there to clean my teeth after they schedule my appointment for second time but they said they cannot do it. Wonder what they can do
