Ny Nail & Spa, Mt Pleasant TX

My experience at N Y Nail & Spa was excellent. The staff were friendly and professional, the salon was clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning to this nail salon and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of a great nail salon.

Literally the worst pedicure ever. No bubbles in the water. Half job. New to the area but wont be coming back here.

I bought a gift card for my girlfriend from here so that she could get a mani/pedi and the staff was so helpful answering my questions. MY girlfriend said she had an amazing experience! 5 Stars!

I purchased a pedicure from this spa and it was great. The lady worked wonders on my feet.

Have gone a few times and they’ve been reasonably priced until.this set was $60. My mistake for not asking before done but they added a charge to do the coffin shape and draw the white tip on. Will find somewhere else to go.

This was our first time there & we were so impressed! The place was really clean & the staff was very professional. My daughter & I had pedicures & our eyebrows waxed. We were treated like Queens. We will definitely be back & get the deep tissue massages.

Good pedicure service was great till we got to my nails which r gonna come off quick. My nail tips aren't even all the way glued down. They were very sweet but these are bad.

My nails are sore from it only being glued at the very edge and the powder is the only thing that is attached. I dont live anywhere close so its not like I can go get them to fix it we went as a treat while we were in town with friends.

I came in 2 years ago and had good service. I came again Saturday and the pedicure was good. But I have noticed my nails are crooked and they feel like they are going to pop off.: (

Since Dana is gone there is a lot of new people and last time I got my nails done I did not like them at all

Never EVER coming back here. Lady took a chunk out of my toe and subsequently didn’t get to do the rest of the scrub, massage, or hot wax for that foot. And then they had the audacity to try and charge me full price. Never had an experience like it and I’m definitely not happy.

Took my girl here for a pedi, they cut her toe and instead of trying to stop the bleeding they tried to continue the pedi. Even after she refused they still put the wax on the toe that was cut which made it burn more. Then they tried to charge her for the delux pedi but didn't even to half of that because they didn't know what to do when they cut her toe. I don't mind paying and doing business especially with locals but fair warning stay away from shady/greedy businesses like this.
