The stone turned out nice. I really loved talking to Evelyn. After the initial order it was awful customer service. My mom passed away October 5 I went in and ordered a stone a day or two after she passed away. They told me that it would be three months Before they could place the stone. So it is now April and my mom’s stone just got placed. I called in February and asked what the status was and they told me that they were waiting on the granite and that she would call me by the end of the day to let me know if the granite Came in. They never called. So a couple of weeks pass I call again the granite is still not there and it supposed to be there that day. So she tells me that once it comes in I have to leave a deposit for the engraving and then the stone will be complete and I would make my final payment. So no one calls no one calls I called back and they tell me that they were waiting on me to make the payment. I didn’t even know that the granite had came in. So I pay The final two payments at that time so that there’s no more reasons for the stone not to be completed and delivered. I was speaking with Evelyn again. She told me that they would call me and let me know that the stand was being delivered and placed as soon as it was complete. On Easter and went out to the grave to put flowers and lo and behold the stone is placed and no one ever called. The only problem that I had with this place was the customer service. I have no idea if the price was good or not I didn’t shop around they were recommended by the cemetery and that’s where I went. I got a double headstone with a base and paid like $4000. So I’ll let you be the judge of the price. I don’t think that it was a good experience because of the customer service.
