The staff is very friendly and professional! Sloane was very prompt with replies and made the process very easy. The place is affordable and close to my campus, so I highly recommend checking them out.

The office staff has been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Sloane and Taylor answered all my questions and helped me get everything taken care of. I'm so excited to move in!

I've been there a couple of times, have emailed numerous times, and every single time I've been met with friendly and time-appropriate responses in regard to any of my questions. I like the model a lot and look forward to calling this place my new home. It has everything that I've been looking for during my long apartment search, it was the first one I saw and the last one I will see - my search is over thankfully.

Terrible place to live. To start the walls are paper thin and you cannot only hear your neighbors but everything outside as well. If you have any sort of maintenance problem the guys are going to have to jump through corporate hoops in order to “fix” things and they’ll usually never end up getting fixed, just enough to be able to deal with. If you call after hours you’ll have 0 chance of getting ahold of an on-site curtesy officer. If you have any other problems and want to talk with the manager she will talk over you and will not let you get a single word in on top of not solving any of your problems. Last, but definitely not least, these are the most inconsiderate and loud neighbors I have ever lived by in my entire life. The whole place is a polished POS to say the least.

Worst apartment ever. Office manager is rude at all times. None of the staff communicates with each other. We still have issues in our apartment that we’re supposed to have been fixed by now and still nothing. Was told that we’re supposed to pick up after our dog, which is fair, but the waste bags and supplies are always empty, when I told her that she said that we’re supposed to provide our own waste bags. No where in the lease did it say anything about that. Was told that they would be by to spray for bugs. Maintenance did come by to spray, if you can call it that, they were in the apartment for no more than 2 minutes. Patiently waiting for this lease to be up so we can move somewhere more taken care of with better staff.
