Oak Forest Dental Group and Orthodontics, Houston TX

It was an uneventful teeth exam and cleaning. I do want to point out that Regina, dental hygienist, did an EXCELLENT job! She was very thorough and gentle through the process. I even requested my next appointment for when she’s scheduled to be working.

Loved my experience at Oak Forest Dental Group! The staff was very friendly and professional, they made me feel comfortable and it was affordable as a self pay patient. My favorite Dental Assistant Ashley referred me to the dental group and I was not disappointed. Dr. Dilawri is not only beautiful, but so nice! Regina the Hygienist was so gentle and made my treatment very pleasant, the assistant Julieta was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Hands down would recommend Oak Forest Dental.

Rey, the receptionist, made Check-In super easy. Rolanda & Dr D. Were super nice and informative throughout the entire procedure. Definitely calmed my nerves before the procedure even started. Would recommend to anyone! 10/10

I really enjoyed my experience here! Dr. Cradoc was awesome! I haven’t had a cleaning in years! Ashley did a great job with taking my X-rays and explaining the new technology that they’ve been working with. Michael also did a great job with my deep cleaning made the process smooth and easy, he left my teeth feeling amazing! Definitely will be coming back

Needed a new dentist because I moved and found Oak Forest. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Garcia was very informative and took the time to ensure I had all my questions answered. Yasmin was great and made me feel comfortable as she did all the X-rays.

Michael was just as great. I will admit I found him through Tik Tok and that was the main reason I chose Oak Forest. He was very detailed and patient. And it does help that he’s super attractive. I highly recommend Oak Forest.

The sign in process was a breeze especially their easy to use patient portal. They did a detailed review of my patients insurance plan and I appreciate how attentive they are. Thanks for an awesome experience!

Had to come here for a dental emergency, and I am so happy I did! This dental office staff is amazing and very professional. Dr. Garcia was so sweet and informal. She definitely made this a personable experience. Not to mention, Walter did a great job on my temporary fillings. I will be recommending them.

UPDATE: Years later, and I am still a loyal patient of Dr. Garcia! She's very personable and patient. Her and Yasmin are a dream team! Love them, so happy with my services!

My visit with Oak Forest Dental Group was awesome. I say this because I get major anxiety when attending a dentist appointment and Julieta, Michael (R. D. M) and Dr. Dilawri made it very comfortable and my anxiety was mostly nonexistent. Thank you for the wonderful care you give your patients. Your an awesome group.

I would not recommend this practice to anyone. When I first started there to get my braces, the original Orthodonist was not friendly and did not spend anytime talking to his patients. When I went back to get my bottom braces on, it was a brand new orthodontist, and I was not told anything about the change. And the past two days, I have been calling to get clarification about my braces payments and no one seems to be able to give clear answers or reach out to the third-party for the payments regarding the questions. Also, there is only one person over the orthodontist payments and no one else knows anything. As a person who works in healthcare, how is it possible to only have one person know something for the entire office & that one person can’t even answer the questions accordingly. Ohh and when they transfer the phone to the orthodontist side, no one ever picks up. Talk about great customer service.

I had a very good office visit. Great customer service exceeded my expectations. Dr. Cradoc and Ms. Regina are the best. I left my appointment with a huge smile.

They have the best staff with outstanding customer service. Especially Lus, Rey and Sara, they honestly should travel to other industries to demonstrate what customer service look like.

Been coming here for the last 2-3 years. Front office staff is amazing! Very kind and quick when servicing patients. Dr. Garcia is the absolute best. She’s attentive and very informative when addressing concerns. Highly recommend this dental office.

I started going Into this office since February 2020. With everything going on it was very hard for me to get in any appointments as of everything was shut down. And unfortunately I got COVID and could just come in because office was closed. After they opened I continued my treatment. (Mind you this is the 3rd-4th orthodontist that has been there) they all seem to quit. Everytime i called i left a specific message telling them and nothing ever got to the doctor and again will crack track me. The last straw was when told me I wasn’t going to be able to continue Invisalign because of how I was behind. I asked to show them my appointment, cancellations, notes and entire payments. Because I paid up front. I went 1 1/2 and of course short on staff. Last day of orthodontist and they weren’t sure when he would be able to see me. Since I did not receive a call by the end of the day I have called every single day with the Manager. Never available. This place is a joke. They do not care about their patients. Even and elder lady was asking with they are always switching orthodontist. Says a lot about they business they are running. I will definitely be filing a claim with the BBB.

Had an emergency after my son was hit with a baseball. They got us in quickly and got us taken care of right away. Friendly staff. Great doctors.

This review is due to the lack of customer service from the front desk Sarah and Ray. I am a huge fan of the talented Mr. Willie Cradock but it saddens me that his first impression team lacks that of his talent. The details are too long for a review so I will spare you all.

This is a late review but last year I had to go through the dental implant process. The procedures terrified me but all my anxious thoughts were relieved by Dr. Ekta Dilawri. She is an amazing dentist, she explained the process at every appt and always made sure I felt comfortable. I don't trust any other place and will not go anywhere else than this office. The front staff also are helpful and always made sure any issues were resolved.
