Oak Hill Storage, Austin TX

This storage center is beautiful, clean, and appears very secure. Steve & Vickie were very sweet and informative, and the check-in process was smooth. I asked nosy questions about the security cameras & opening hours, and they explained everything in detail. You can tell they really care about this property and providing a good service. I am only holding my stuff here for 2 months, but I feel I will have zero worries about it while I’m gone. I’m glad this location exists here in Oak Hill.

Vickie and Steve run a great storage facility at Oak Hill Storage. I stored my things there for over a year during a remodel and it was easy to load in and just as easy to load out. They always answered the phone and we’re upfront and honest with all my questions. Appreciate the fine work! 10/10 would recommend.

Vickie and Steven and Tina are kind and friendly and really seem to care about you and your stuff. The facility is very clean and they made move in and move out very easy. Steven also gave me some good moving tips. I would use this facility again and recommend it for anyone looking for storage. Adding that communication was fast and easy with everyone at Oak Hill Storage, and I loved the music played in the facility. Climate control was very consistent making for a comfortable visit whenever I went over there.

The whole process was super quick and easy! I was unsure what size unit I needed so Tina showed me around the complex and explained everything to me. We checked out a few units, signed the paper work, and I was leaving with an empty van in less than an hour! The cost was identical to the other storage places in the area and the facility was extremely clean and well air conditioned.

Very clean, safe and well lit. The managers are very nice and helpful! I like that they participate in blood drives and holiday toy donations.

We previously had a storage unit farther out Hwy. 290 West so were excited when we saw Oak Hill Storage being built. We finally got around to checking it out and have been thrilled with all aspects of our relationship with the friendly and helpful staff and the clean modern facilities. Initial move in was straight forward and relatively simple. Nothing but good things to say about Oak Hill Storage, not to mention that it's about 3 minutes from our home which is a huge plus! We highly recommend this facility!

I appreciate the fact that there are attendants on site that have always been helpful whenever I had a question. The facility is clean and secure - what more can you ask for when storing your possessions? Plus, the company gives back to the community with events such as blood drives. Nice touch!
