Dr. Diaz and the entire team (including the assistant on my surgery, Chris), are AMAZING. I was referred to Oak Hills Periodontics by an orthodontist at my dentist, and I was very nervous about the possibility of having extensive gum grafts. Dr. Diaz answered all of my questions with casual expertise, and she was comforting and honest about everything I needed to know. When I arrived for surgery, I was quite nervous and Chris helped put my mind at ease. Recovery from surgery is no picnic, but Dr. Diaz assured me that I could reach out for anything I needed, and she has made good on her promise. Chris called a few days after the surgery to check in on me, and offered to see me the next day if I had any concerns. Everyone was wonderful from start to finish. I still have another surgery to do next year, and I can't say I'm looking forward to it, but I know I'm in good hands at this place. Highly recommend.

I went to see Dr. Diaz for the 1st time today, and it was a wonderful visit, she was very friendly, knowledgeable really made my anxiety about dental offices melt away, and that is the 1st time in years, truely a great experience, and Laura her assistant was also very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Including the front office ladies very welcoming, This practice is definitely a cut avove of the rest!

The best cleaning I've ever had! Christina thoroughly cleaned my teeth and explained what I should do to keep them bacteria free going forward on a day to day basis.

I went in for an extraction and was super nervous. I was referred to DrRay and I’m glad I did. Beginning from the front staff Lori, Wendy and Lupi were great and informative. While waiting to get my procedure done Aba the assistant was great! She was very profesional and explained every step to me. Let’s talk about Dr. Ray, she has magical hands! I think if it took 10 seconds to take tooth out you would think I was lying. She was gentle and professional and no pain. I am 7 hours post op and no bleeding or pain. Highly recommend.

Another great job by Dr. Diaz and Laura today. They both were attentive and their bedside manner is above and beyond. I want to give Laura extra props on a job well done drawing blood for my procedure. She was gentle and took her time. She was so light handed that I didn't feel when she placed the needle in my hand and when she took it out. Thank you Dr. Diaz and Laura for your professionalism and the care you both provided today.

Dr. Diaz is an absolute delight—not only were she and the whole team so patient when I was stranded on the highway on the way into surgery, she did an incredibly thorough job of a complicated extraction and held onto hope with me that the site would be able to take a future implant. Their flexibility with helping me set up a workable payment plan and answering all of my questions has been so so helpful. I am also pretty overweight—not at my best health in general—and have never felt judged or looked down on by anyone in the office. I have never felt anything but cared-for and encouraged. I will recommend this team to anyone without a second thought!

Dr Ray and her staff are fantastic! They are very accommodating, friendly and most knowledgeable. I have had some serious problems and Dr Ray has been amazing. From check in to check out everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. Everyone took their time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. There was a clear explanation of what periodontal problems I faced, along with a detailed review of how the solution would played out. A separate review of cost’s was presented, along with alternatives. This allowed me to make a decision that fit my pocketbook, while solving the problem.

We currently live in Hawaii but we had been seeing Dr. Ray for more than 20yrs before our move. We have come all the way back here to get our periodontal cleanings with our favorite dental hygienist Melia. We loved seeing all the staff including the smiling face that greeted us at the front desk, Wendy. We try to come yearly and Melia always gives us here astute opinions on our care between cleanings. She always sends of home well cleaned and packed with goodies. In my opinion they are the best in there field. Can't wait for our next visit.
