My daughter chose this place for my 3 month old granddaughter and I can't express enough the regret we have today. Mr Vidal Deleon was not organized from day one. Once his flirtatious advances were ignored his demeanor completely changed. During our family moment at the casket he came behind us and said we
needed a to hurry up so others could view my grandbaby then proceeded to take a phone call walking through the viewing area talking at a normal volume during our time of grief. The disrepect was very noticeable by people who were in attendance

We literally had to insist on some family time with baby before the service's day. He does not give good information on the services they provide and has no respect for family grieving
I only choose to share this so no one else has to experience this type of unprofessionalism at this funeral home. Our sweet baby is in heaven regardless of the rude and disrespectful service we were provided.
