Great customer service, brought my order out incredibly fast, and GREAT TASTIN FOOD! Best bbq spot in dallas

Went in for lunch. Ordering is confusing and no communication from the staff. The cashier ignored us for at least 3 minutes, and then told us they would bring our food to us. 10 minutes later I still didn't have the burger that I ordered. I went back and asked about it and was told they get it right up. 5 minutes later my burger came out. After it was on my table for a few minutes they came back and took it and said it wasn't mine. Then even though my used silverware was on the plate they took it to the correct customer. After I finally got the right burger, it wasn't even cooked to how I asked. I didn't have the heart to deal with the staff anymore, and my lunch break was already over. The kitchen is so unorganized I'm surprised anyone gets the food they ordered. I won't be back.

20 out of 10 for the Governor Brisket sandwich. Another for the juicy delectable Duroc pork spare ribs!

The service was warm, friendly and kind. The cafeteria style service was homey. Over all, including the hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookie, it is worth making a special trip from hundreds of miles away!

Definitely a must if you like BBQ. The sides are amazing. The Brussels Sprouts are delicious. They complement the main dish. The portions are more than generous.

Visiting from Arizona and checked for BBQ in the area. Without knowing any others, I went with the highest rated and glad I did! Like a glutton, got the 3 meat plate. I love everything on that plate. Those collard greens are AWESOME! Thanks, Adrian and team for making a damn good dinner!

Fun place. Great food. The sides were spectacular. The mouth-watering aroma in the parking lot says it all about the bbq!

Wagyu brisket was bone dry, as were the ribs. Only ate 2 of the 4 ribs they were so bad. Other than the brussel sprouts, the sides were pretty bland. Service was really slow. We watched multiple people complain about not getting/waiting a long time for burgers. It’s a shame, I’d heard good things.

Came with my family the day after Thanksgiving - no line, great brisket, good people. Best day ever.

There is no better way to spoil your co-workers the a to-go order of Oak’d BBQ. The meats are always perfect, the sides are delicious, and the desserts are ridiculous! Best work lunch ever!

Honestly, the best barbecue I’ve ever had. My only critique is that the pork barbecue was a little bland as for seasoning (was seasoned but only really tasted smoke) but had great smoke flavor. Brisket was outstanding and the smoked turkey had me in tears as it was the most moist and flavored turkey I’ve ever had hands down without a single doubt in my mind. The sides are up to par and are an excellent addition to the main meats. Great customer service as well. Worth every penny. Oddly enough, my favorite part other than the meats and sides was the pickles!

The food was good. I didn't like the pickled onions. The burt ends were hit and miss, and the brisket we got had much more fat than I'm used to.

We'll come back to try again, but there is stiff competition in the BBQ arena, so O don't feel this will be our new go to.

Flew in from out of town and was pleasantly surprised at this dining experience. We had great BBQ and a warm welcome from the owners. Next time I’m back in Texas I will definitely be heading here.

I was looking for a restaurant close to my hotel and visited OAK’D BBQ with my colleagues yesterday.
Got for myself 2 meat plate with 2 sides - prime and wagyu brisket. Was delicious!
Service was great as well.
If you are around pay a visit to the restaurant, you won’t regret it!
