Extremely helpful, replaced my Sunglasses, without any issues, after a freak accident during a really windy day here in El Paso. Everyone should buy their Oakleys from the Oakley Vault!

I had a bad scratch on my Oakleys so came in expecting to spend 100$+ on a new lens but their sales rep Isabella was just awesome. She patiently went thru a lot of different lenses, helped me pick it out and then asked me if I was military (I am) and they provided a very generous discount (thank you for that!). Spent the savings on a nice pair of shorts.

Good experience, Alec helped me with my sunglasses and was able to adjust my frame correctly. The cool thing now is they now honor oakley standard issue meaning everything is now 35-50% off.

Clean and well organized store. Plenty of selection in frames and clothing. Mya had excellent customer service skills, and came across as an all around patient, helpful, and kind person. She was happy to answer every question I had, and gave 100% of her attention to the customer she was helping.

This is our 4-5th time getting glasses at this oakley. We love the place because of the staff. Really knowledgeable, helpful and offer amazing service. This is the second time we are helped by the general manager as well and he is great!

Had one sales person tell me that because I was military I get a 30% discount. Went to check out and another sales person wouldn’t honor the discount. You will be better off purchasing from Oakley online.

I love Oakley glasses so had to hit this store up been there couple of times already got a majority of my shades from this place so yeah it's a go
