Starr and Natasha were amazing and efficient when helping us move in! The apartments were nice, and having a full size kitchen made me so happy! I love our new apartment and it feels like a home. 10/10 would reccomend! Just ask for Natasha or Starr!

BUYER BEWARE. My son was going to rent here. Was set to pick up keys and then they told him $250 more for electricity, so then he come up with that on top of the deposit he already put down. So got the electricity turned on, and went to pick up keys. Then they wanted another $100. Said he was given the wrong information on the deposit. So after all the hoops he already jumped through and in between paydays, he couldn’t come up with another $100. They gave him 24 hours, then said sorry, no apartment. They are refusing to return any of the deposit. This place apparently didn’t want to rent or didn’t have anything to rent and are just ripping people off.

I lived at these apartments for 7 months.

These apartments have been recently "renovated", which apparently means they can charge top dollar. However, the renovations were hastily done and in some cases mean only a coat of paint hiding some of the real issues.

Here's a list of issues I have run into while living here:

1. Apartment wasn't ready on move-in day, but not a huge deal.
2. Walls are very thin and I have no problems hearing the conversations of the upstairs neighbors.
3. Whenever the upstairs neighbors cook dinner, the smell of their cooking fills my apartment.
4. I have made more than one call about my ceiling leaking water into my bathroom. It wasn't until my bathroom, bedroom, and closet flooded did they actually think to send a plumber to fix the leak. When I moved in I could tell there was clear evidence that part of the ceiling drywall had been replaced (obviously due to water damage), indicating this has been an ongoing issue before I even got here. Bedroom carpet got wet during the flood and was told to "just throw some towels down".
5. Paint apparently fixes all issues. Like bathtub stains, rusting door hinges, and black mold. Maybe next time try not to splatter it on the hardwood floors.
6. Most of the electrical outlets are very finicky and do not contact very well. Gently moving a cord will often result in a loss of power (maybe paint inside the contact openings?)
7. Kitchen drawers do not fit properly due to the hardware not being installed correctly and they do not slide on a rail, making them very difficult to open and shut. Cabinets also have some nasty looking stains.
8. Had to install my own medicine cabinets in bathrooms because there's nowhere to store anything. They provide you nothing; even the grab bars in the shower were missing, leaving open holes for shower water to enter.
9. Very low water pressure to kitchen sink and shower. Bathtub is like a pressure washer strangely.
10. Water line for ice maker leaks into fridge.
11. Dead-bolt got stuck in the locked position one day so I had to dismantle it to leave my apartment.
12. Kind of nit-picky but I wasn't able to check my mail for the first month or so due to the first couple of keys I was given not working.
13. Other nit-picks like light switches controlling odd outlets that don't make sense and bathroom fans that are so loud and annoying you'll never use them.
14. Many packages have been stolen, so ordering things online is not a great idea.
15. Rent costs an extra $30 to pay online. What?

Many of these issues persisted even after reporting them.

Starr and the maintenance crew is easily a 10/5 stars!
We moved in before Starr was here which sucks because we had a very bad experience before her. She really is trying to turn this place around and if she had been here the whole time, I believe we’d easily rate this place a 5/5 stars but I won’t lie about having bad experiences with electrical work and some of the renovations that were done haphazardly BUT again, Starr has made moves to fix everything that was wrong.

Starr is amazing and very kind. She listens to you and any problems you have and actually does what she can to help you. I’ve had a great experience being here unlike other places I’ve lived at and I do recommend you give it a chance if you are looking for a new place

The water pressure in the guest bathroom was horrible it barley worked. The bathroom in the main bedroom, the shower didn’t work for the entire year i lived there. I was told it was a plumbing issue that someone would come fix it. That never happened. I had a new born baby when I first moved in and during the summer time it got up to 83 degrees inside my apartment even during the night! I was told it was because the building is old and it was hot outside and there was nothing to be done!

Other than that it was pretty good living here. Very quiet place! People definitely mind they business. The new manager Starr was very understanding and her respond time was on point!

Breanna is Awesome. She really took her time with our needs. Anytime I reached out to her she made sure she got back with me and made sure if I needed anything else to give her call.

If I could give them no stars I would. I came for a visit here in early June and now it's early October the same problems exist toilet doesn't properly flush and the kitchen sink is backed up. These people are nearly slumlords. The rent is high and the maintenance is low. RENTERS BEWARE!
