Oaks of Timbergrove, Houston TX

Stay FAR AWAY from this rat hole! All these 5 star reviews are FAKE. So here’s a real review. The place is infested with rats. I had rats literally coming in my “renovated” unit and eating my food and leaving behind rat droppings. I had mold in my A/C vent that they hadn’t cleaned for YEARS which was causing me and my 2 year old to be sick for 3 MONTHS before I figured out the issue. My “renovated unit” had a ROACH infestation for 3 weeks after moving in, pest control was not sent out after I requested multiple times and I had to exterminate myself. The “renovation” work they do is sloppy and unfinished. You’ll have holes under your sink and unfinished work all over the place. They leave apartments sitting empty for months which allow rats and roaches to create homes in these units and then rent them out for an outrageous price without exterminating prior.and please DO NOT trust the specials that they offer you at move in because in the middle of your lease they will make up a LIE and take away the special from you which is what they did to me. They fired the leasing agent who offered me my specials and then in the middle of my lease told me that I didn’t sign a paper (NOT MY FAULT) and it’s not my job to know which papers need to be signed, so they removed my specials with no apologies or sympathy. The whole leasing office staff and management are RUDE, unprofessional, disorganized and ghetto. This is literally the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a complex. You pay over $1k in rent and get the same experience as section 8 housing. Dog poop and trash all over property, laundry rooms are FILTHY as well, oh and did I mention RATS!? Just a disgusting place to live and I CANNOT WAIT until my lease is over! I lived here in back in 2020 with no issues. This new management took over and destroyed this property. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Great place to live! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to call home. Spacious units compared to other apartment complexes. The location is great and units were recently renovated!

I was driving in the area looking for a new apartment. I was immediately greeted when I walked in. The PM (T. Haggerty) was nice, he showed me all the units that were available for immediate move in, and he then took the time to listen to me. I was complaining to him about where I currently reside. I shared my personal experience with renting and also shared how moving to a new property I want to feel heard as a tenant. He helped comforted me and assured me that this property cares about their tenants. I will be applying at this property when my lease is up. Great customer service and lovely property.

I had a very tight timeline but from my virtual tour to my move in day they were so amazing so thank you!
The apartment is beautifully renovated and in the perfect location tucked away but in the middle of everything.
I am so happy I found this gem!

I want to first start off by saying Mr. Haggerty and his entire staff anre amazing, every request I’ve made has been handled with care and concern. My apartment has very modern look. Everything when it comes to appliances to paint work is brand new. I love that we have a lock that you can use your phone to open, and that we can control the temperature with the app. The upgrades are top-tier and are really beautiful I would recommend these apartments every time 10/10

I’m relocating to Houston due to my new job, so I started searching for apartments online. I came across Oaks of Timbergrove and decided to visit ahead of me relocating here in December. I was greeted upon entrance, shown various floor plans and then a remodeled unit with Terrence. He was very helpful, thorough and answered all of my questions. The upgrades are extremely nice and the location is great. Looking forward to signing my lease soon.

Terrance was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He broke everything down to us and helped explain everything in detail. The apt was amazing and spacious. Thanks again for taking care of us so quickly. 10/10 service!

Office staff very friendly! Property manager Terence assisted and communicated with me all the way up. Until move in date. I love the size of unit very spacious. Community very quiet during the day and night I’m enjoying my wonderful new place! I definitely recommend propert

DONT EVEN Consider! The worst experience ever, and I have lived in several places in Texas, the USA and abroad.

Got approved, arrived with my moving truck only to hear they made a mistake with my application, then got called a week later, to hear they made another mistake, and that I can move in.in another week. Didn't get the apartment I toured or applied for, got my mail key 2 months after moving in, got my gym key 3 months after moving in, and they refused to pay back my deposit! Slow to no- response on most concerns. Moved out after 6months due to the above.

Don’t move here. It would take me 3 pages to explain everything wrong. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere
