I have been here almost one year. I have had minimal issues nothing that could not be fixed. Alfonse is a professional man that provides great service. He is human but he strives to be the absolute best person and his job. I appreciate all the compassion he has shown to this complex. He walks around and make sure everyone is okay. As a single parent I feel safe here. Any apartment can have problems what I look at is how management deal with those problems. So keep doing an amazing job Alfonse!

I went yesterday to look at an apartment with my husband and Alphonse was absolutely nice explained everything detail by detail wish we had more people like him.

I was a tenant for 5 years (2018-2023) at Oakwood Creek Condos and I enjoyed my time there. The manager Alphonse is the absolute best! He made my time there very enjoyable. He quickly made any repairs that I requested and kept the community safe and clean. The apartments are really quiet and very well manicured. It is because of his superb management skills and genuine care for his tenants that I honestly stayed so long.

Great place to live Since the first time we looked around at multiple apartments Alphonse was the first one to give us hope of finding a place. We were first time renters I went to see a lot of apartments none of them would try to help us and told us it would be hard to get get approved when I found oakwood I went and spoke to Alphonse and explained our situation and glue was a great help we were in our apartment by the next day witch we stayed for 3 years. It was our first time renting by ourselves and we had a great experience we didn't just feel welcomed we felt like family and save to stay here it was sad to move. My kids loved going to get the mail and saying hi to Alphonse

I Love Oakwood Creek. I've Been Here Year and Half Know. It's Clean, Peaceful and Maintenance Always Come Fix Things Within Days Depending On The Order. The Management Is The Best.
