Oakwood Village Apartments, Pasadena TX

Since the new management team has come in these apartments have done a 180 in the correct direction maintenance is very punctual the office actually treats people like human beings now I have been here for three years and this is the first time I feel comfortable walking into/calling the office very respectful people the owner has been putting a lot of money into the complex as well very nice place to live

If I could give no stars that would be ideal. They will have u sign lease the suddenly decide they want to start charging for parking even though it wasn't apart lease agreement employees are useless. Manager is a rude. If you get upset about having to pay $35 per parking and the office and maintenance people still park in your spots they will say your not allowed to ever call office again. Like if they can do that. After countless times of no hot water during winter and complaining about it it takes you calling the city on them for them to do anything. They spray for bugs yet Apts still have many roaches and neighbors in townhome say they have mice too.

The current management team is a much more responsive and positive one. Much better than the previous managers. They are frendly and polite, and seem genuinely happy to help with any issues that pop up. Ive been here for around 3 years and this team is certainly the best ones to come in. Many improvements have been made since i moved in as well, from security features to maintenance and repairs. Honestly im impressed

Been here for a year and the pool is always dirty and they don’t open it… is been a week since the kids been in vacation and is closed…

Finally these apartments have new staff! The new ladies go out of their way to fix any issue you have. Finally after 7 years I get great customer service. This is what we needed. They might take a little while on work orders but, we are all happy.

Just tired of hearing the nut case in apartment 24 scream non stop. You can hear it from the parking lot. Sometimes it goes on for over 12 hours.

The guy and his schizophrenic squatter in #24 are the worst neighbors I've ever had in any apartment complex. They're extremely rude and hostile and the woman screams so loud that the entire front of the complex can hear it. This is a daily occurrence. Beware you may have to deal with trash like this even though you pay to live in a peaceful environment.

Great place to live. As tenants let's keep the place inviting to good people. Pet friendly but as pet owners let's clean up after pets. It's the law. I see children playing in grass and Dads cooking out on weekends, so let's use designated areas for our pets. Its on the lease. Will update again

Roaches everywhere can hear rats in walls. They don’t even pick up the office phone when you severely need something fixed, could be better apartments if they really care.
