4Our AC unit was frozen when we arrived home Thursday afternoon. I called Oasis, a technician arrived within 45 minutes and a plan was made. A different technician arrived the next day diagnosed the problem, repaired it and didn’t break the bank.
We have used Oasis in the almost 11 years we have lived in Hewitt. We have found them to be prompt, knowledgeable, and caring people. We appreciate their helpful attitude.
The tech that came to my house was very professional and clean, did not leave a mess and communicated everything that he was doing, very trusted company and would call them again.
They made it to my home very quickly and the office staff was very nice. I went with this company due to the overwhelmingly good reviews in google. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience. Levi Hansen the tech looked at my system and told me i was about 5 pounds low on refrigerant. He then quoted me $1,696.75 to refill the 5 pounds without fixing the leak and adding stop leak. He then told me if I wanted he could just replace my whole outside unit. I decided to go with another company. I wish I wouldn't have wasted my $95.00 call out fee.
After posting my original review I was contacted by the office staff. They refunded my call out fee and told me that they corrected the pricing in the system. They also informed me that they trained all their techs on the correct pricing. The office staff gave me a new quote with the updated pricing. I already had another company come out and do the repair. The new quoted price was comparable to the company that completed the work.
