My boys are 5 and 6 now we have been coming here for the past 2 years and they are never disappointed. Staff is attentive and Jaime the manager has the most pleasant way and he gets the job done

Very true! An oasis in the East side, enjoy the state of the art bowling lanes. Well kept lanes, don't step over that fault line, it is very slick. Arcade section with some of the classic as well as newer games. Great atmosphere throughout the area. If you become thirsty, the bar is a great place too. Quench that thirst for your basic drinks to your favorite cactus juice, " alcoholic beverage".

Customer service was great. Bowling was expensive. The kids bumpers were broken and seldom worked, the lane was warped so ball did not roll smoothly.

Bowling is $45/hour which includes the shoes. Our lane's gutter rails were broken so kiddos used a dino-shaped ramp to help them.
Once at our lane, a staff member came over to explain what games they had and what background for the screen we wanted. I had to ask her to slow down and repeat herself several times - language barrier maybe?
We ordered non-alcoholic drinks, no food, server looked annoyed.
Kids played at the arcade after - they really liked the games.
Some staff is not the friendliest. Restrooms we're clean. We had a good time

Nice pool tables 10 bucks an hour. Really good. What shocked me is that the bowling lane is 40 an hour which is a complete rip off.

We ordered 2 lanes, BOTH lanes malfunctioned 2 to 3 times per game. Average wait time to restore lanes, 10min,

I enjoy my time there with my lady. The staff was friendly and quick to provide service. The atmosphere was great. But nothing is perfect, the bowling balls do need to be replaced but besides that, I had a great time.

I enjoyed this bowling alley. Haven’t gone bowling in years and it was quite enjoyable. Pizza was pretty good. And the arcade was nice, had Dance Dance Revolution! Haven’t played that in ages.

Very friendly staff. A little pricey for 1 hour of bowling, but pizza for $5, can't beat that.

We had a good time bowling and the waitress was patient with our ordering. Nothing is more comforting with a good waitress and good beer and bowling.

Great place to take kids to have a blast! Lanes have new features and staff is super friendly! The arcade is speechless!

Great food, boneless wings were too crispy though. Good variety of arcade games as well as VR and Bowling.

The facility has been upgraded but the staff has let customer service fall by the wayside. We were so turned off by our waitress we didn’t even order drinks. Very pushy and short with us…disappointing we used to really enjoy bowling here as a family. We will be back as there are limited options for bowling in El Paso but you hate to see staff drag down an otherwise great place to bring your family.

This place was awesome as someone from Washington this was a dope bowling alley had drinks and good food, there’s an awesome bar attached that had dope vibes and the arcade there was awesome! Recommend to anyone!

My family and I were celebrating a birthday at Oasis (a small party of 5) and collectively had an awful experience. The employee who issued our lane started our time early, the waitress was rude and inattentive, the artichoke dip had whole artichokes and the chips were stale, the wings were pink and undercooked, and after our hour was up, the waitress rudely told us to move to a different location and we were unable to finish our game.

My family and I used to love Oasis, this experience is the reason why we will no longer bowl here.
