Great reliable service! We are a vacation rental based in Dripping Springs and trust Oasis Pool to keep our pool clean and clear for our guests.

Used the company to swap out a bad pump motor with a new one. First appointment, they didn't show up and didn't reach out to let me know that the tech couldn't make it. Eventually, the motor was swapped and has been working. HOWEVER, the tech turned off mutliple breakers on the circuit board. Some that were turned off weren't related to the pumps, which meant that I had to figure it out which breakers to turn back on (they didn't label the relevant breakers or explain what to avoid doing).

Second, they didn't explain anything. Third, I've emailed multiple times and called multiple times. They won't respond. Fourth, my pool is dirty with grit at the bottom within an hour or two after a cleaning service. Fifth, the new motor is leaking already and nobody is from the office is responding!

Update: they have NOT reached out to me. My email and phone number remain the same. Can someone contact me? !?

Overpriced in general, but I’ve been waiting for someone to fix the leak in my system for three weeks. I’ve called and left four messages, text them four times, and emailed twice. I was charged for the service fee to assess what needed to happen, but now nobody will respond to fix it. I am cancelling my service. I’m assuming it’ll take me calling my bank and removing my card because they won’t even respond to my request to cancel. I’ll find someone else who appreciates taking my money more than them.

These guys have been doing vacation service on my pool for a few years and I gotta say, they’re the best. The pool is always cleaned properly, the equipment and chemical balance maintained as it should be and they leave my gates locked. It’s a joy to do business with someone who still performs real service. Thank you Oasis
