OC TRIPLE I SERVICE CTR LLC, Van Horn TX

I had a flat on my trailer and AAA wouldn't cover it and the service they recommended wanted close to $500 to come out and service me on the instate. I saw them on my search and they did it for $125 and was they in 15 minutes. Turned out the spare was bad so had to spend the but got the tires very next and I was on my way. Very friendly and knowledgeable, great to work with. Highly recommend them for roadside or tires needs.

I’ll be damned if these folks aren’t the most reasonable, kind and polite shop in town. Helped me diagnose my axle issue, and gave me a tow into El Paso for a fair price.

I’ve got their number saved for all my future west Texas breakdowns!

We broke down about 30 miles past Van Horn and they were there so quickly to pick us up and tow us back to their service centre. They looked out for us in every aspect - kept us safe and were incredibly informative about the car. They were professional, helpful, and kind. They kept in touch with us once we were back on the road to check in on how everything was going. They were a pleasure to be around and we are so grateful they helped us out.

We would absolutely recommend them if you are ever stuck in west Texas!

Call this place to get a used trailer tire and I was 50 miles away and they tried to charge me $1200 for a used trailer tire

I was stuck in Van Horn on a holiday and needed to get back home to Houston.

I called a number of places in Van Horn that said they were open 24/7 and none of them answered the phone. I left voicemail messages and none of them even returned a call.it's been 2 days later. One guy with the word "TIRE" in his business name said he doesn't do any tire work.

I called OC Triple I and Omar agreed to meet me. He got me back on the road in short time and truly saved the day.

TRAVELERS BEWARE!
as a mobile diesel tech with roadside experience, I can tell you some of the easiest money you can make is battery changes. My wife was forced to get a hotel with our kids and dogs, and was assured by this company (employee unknown, as they didn't answer with their own name or the name of the company) that he would be there at 8 a.m. To attempt repairs. I was over 6 hours away, so could not help her. At 830 a.m. My wife called and he said he was halfway to El Paso with a tow job, and had no intention of telling my wife. He told her "it's just a battery, get a jump and go to Napa". So she took his advice and instead called Napa, who not only brought a battery to her for the normal fee, but installed and tested it. In short, if you're in need of simple repairs, call Napa. Their delivery employees are more helpful than this shop. I would recommend calling ANYONE other than this store, because they're clearly only useful for towing.

Told us $85 for a used tire that had damage on the side wall. We accepted since no other shops in the area had our size and we were in a tough situation. They repaired the side wall damage on the tire they were selling us, put it on, and then said it would be $110 because of labor and disposal. Then as we were leaving said that if we pop to call them for a tow.

We have travelled from Australia Bought a car and we had trouble with it trouble with it today we've driven from LA they were able to tow and help us out all this afternoon for over 3 hours I could not give a better review for you for this service centre in towing thank you very much for your help from Daniel and Adrian

Omar treated me like family during a difficult ordeal after my car was immobilized when it was struck by retread spit out from a semi truck on a windy evening in Van Horn, TX. He was calm, professional, and provided me with sound advice which prophetically came true. The next morning, he and his kind-hearted wife towed my car 130 miles through a dust storm to El Paso, the nearest city where my car could be serviced. On top of that, they charitably drove me several miles to a rental car facility after I dropped off my vehicle. It's rare to find such genuinly compassionate and sympathetic customer service these days. I truly feel blessed to have met these wonderful people at a very stressful time of need in my life. I highly recommend their services.

Amazing people who genuinely want to help with your car troubles. After hitting an animal outside of Van Horn, my family was stranded for 4 hours on I-10 late at night waiting for a Tow from our rental company. Unfortunately, they were unable to locate a service provider in a timely matter. We called OC Triple I as they were calling it a night and getting ready to turn in. They got to us in 30 minutes and towed us all the way to El Paso. Can’t stress enough how thankful we are to them. Thank you!

The bearings on my trailer failed and I needed someone to change them out. When I was at Napa buying the parts, they recommended this place. He was out on a call but met me at his shop in less than an hour and did the job asap. He mounted a trailer tire for me as well. I was back on the road headed home in no time.
