When you leave there, take some time because like good Mexicans we park wherever we want and obviously it is chaos.

They should improve their facilities, the place is very ugly, I don't know what the office says.

Terrible service!
First, my trip had to leave at 12: 30 and at the exact time they sent me a message at 11: 30 telling me that the bus was leaving and I was not arriving. As soon as I saw the message, I spoke to them on the phone and a man told me He answered very rudely telling me that he had been dialing me for 3 days and I did not answer, the truth is that I do not answer unknown numbers but just as they sent me a message at the exact time they could have done it 3 days before they noticed that I did not answer! I feel very bad of you that they have changed the travel schedule without first confirming that EVERYONE could travel at that time! Later, as soon as I got to the place where the bus leaves, the same man who answered the phone charged me 190 dollars for a bag and a small suitcase, it was a ROBBERY, they had never charged me so much and still speaking to me with a very despot tone I accepted because I arrived at the races and I needed to leave with those belongings.
They also did NOT respect my seat number and I had to go to a place I did not like, bad organization, all the passengers were scrambled.
Very bad experience, really don't travel on these buses

Small seats, dirty bathrooms, dirty gas station stops. They never answer the phone; Better remove it from Google. It should NOT be the client's responsibility to carry cash for a “cooperation” to avoid being dropped off with luggage at the edge, and then charge that at the time of paying for the ticket. The driver, very indignant at the horn, says “come, because several of you did not want to cooperate, now they are going to lower us. ” AND? ! I spoke to a soldier on the edge while they were taking us down, I asked him “why do they charge to take us down? ” He responded that this should not be done and unfortunately there are colleagues who make their living doing this type of tricks. Hours after continuing with the tour after they took us off, they asked for $80 dollars again from the people who did not cooperate and who told the driver that someone was saying that they were asking us for money (that is me), that he knows who it is but he doesn't. He is going to name the person. He said that wasn't right and that we shouldn't be saying anything. What is not right is that they are extorting!
The reason Mexico is the way it is is because people don't say anything and these types of arrangements are still in place. A thousand times I would ask for a fine, so as not to give the police money to let me go and a thousand times I would prefer to get off the bus with my suitcases and let it take as long as it has to, to stop fueling corruption. Very, very, very bad that you allow this.
