3Even though repair was made afterwards, the 2nd floor sink drain stopped-up and heavily leaked into my bedroom on the first floor and splashed my items. The TV in my bedroom only turned on but never functioned. TV service in the living room was slow with slim pickings of channels, news and weather. Had to struggle with the lock to enter #2 apartment through the week until the door lock finally stopped working. Shower's water pressure was non-existent. It just rolled out of the shower head. No counter space in the restroom. No dressers, hanging space for clothes, surface to place your things in the bedroom. I don't recommend this place. Run away, save your money and find a different place. There is no spectacular view out of windows. The Big Kahuna Manor on 15th St should be re-named, The Big Lemon.
What a wonderful vacation rental. Will ducked for fun at the beach, which is only yep blocks away!
Stayed over Memorial Day Weekend and it was gorgeous! Hosts were very nice and hospitable. Will stay again soon!
