8They evicted my deceased husband! Just after they received our Texas rent relief, that they added all kinds of late fee that were not supposed to be added! So after embezzling our rent relief money they still evicted people when they couldn't. July of 2021, u need to check the dates. They dont care about anyone just making money. I hope Texas rent relief finds out how crooked they have been. Good luck yo all the people getting screwed over now.
They don't fix anything. My sisters trailer mold, she's complained about. Dogs roam around freely. They did not enforce leasing rules.
Beautiful location! Family community! Right on the water! The office ladies are helpful and kind!
DONT MOVE HERE! I've lived here over 3 years. Well I never had problem until the new company took over. They took down the back steps on my mobile home that I own, only took them 10 months to admit they messed up and fix it, they hired someone to spray the houses and prep them to be painted, they used a mixture with bleach and got my dog sick and I had to rush them to the vet. When I complained they said they never hired anyone, which was a lie, they then said in the same conversation that the guy wasn't even supposed to be on my street. So which one was it? I still don't know. They have steadily increased the rent and haven't actually done half the things they say they will. Which is fine if they didn't have to turn off the water every three days because they don't know how to fix it properly. They have a major stray cat problem, I mean it's pretty bad, and if you don't live near the dumpster it's quite a walk, why they moved the dumpsters to just one street? To combat the cat problem is what one of the maintenance guys told me. (really?) Over all the office and main company are totally incompetent at their jobs. I've even complained to the main company of course they're just as bad as the office. Go figure! I've tried to be fair and patient with the new people but after being lied to multiple times and all their excuses Its not worth it at all.
I have lived here for 2 years and the maintance people are the worse. They tore down our fence last summer and have made no attempt to get it back up.
Very nice place to live. Great for families with children. Love to visit my Daughter there. Beautiful place.
Not your typical mobile home park. And the water front and festivities for kids. Gets a good score from me
Trailers are not kept up. They went up on rent but getting them to do work on the trailers is hard. There r soft spots on floors and walls. The bay is pretty, but with all the rocks makes it hard to fish. Not suppose to have outside aninals, but they dont enforce this. If you try to get rid of cats on your own, they get upset
