Manuel at the Silver Lake location in Pearland I was very helpful and his customer service was top tier. I’m so thankful.

I found the staff to be super helpful directing me towards products in line with my requests and looked for ways for me to save in the process. With other options very near by, their service is what earned them the sale. Customer care is the value add.

The customer service is horrible in the printing service. Especially the young black girl with the long braids. She doesn’t even acknowledge you when you stand at the counter until she feels like it.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. It is severely under staffed and wait times are extremely long. The associate who was helping me walked off and never came back to print my documents. Service is terrible!

The time I went the manager gave me this look like I was stupid. I asked for help to fax something and it was like pulling teeth. They seem bothered at my request for help.

Really disappointed I placed an online order and got something totally different for half of the price and the person behind the counter asked to leave or she was going to call the cops on me because I was getting my refunds, never got my money back the manager told me that she has 30 complaints in a very short period time and she still working there

The printing department seems very inexperienced! I do understand that printing projects can be difficult, but it doesn’t seem like they have a consistent pricing for printing. I’ve literally printed the same file 3 times and got 3 different prices.

I don't know how office depot stays in business! Sorry service, sorry supplies and that's IF they even have the supplies. So sick of dealing with so many inadequate businesses.

I recently tried to scan some documents to a jump drive myself on the self-serve copier. I obviously did something wrong. I asked the young lady Mayra behind the counter for assistance. She told me she could scan them for me. She was friendly, patient and kind to myself as well as other customers she was assisting. She is a true asset to your Company
