Office Depot, Leon Valley TX

The Office Depot staff greeted me on arrival, smiled, was very helpful and friendly. Showed me where the items were I was looking for, answered my questions and gave additional helpful info.

Take care of most of my office and computer needs. Got my laptop squared away for me in a timely manner.

Zelma, thank you for going above and beyond assisting me today. I greatly appreciate your dedication to making sure I had the item I needed. Julia, you need to do better as a manager, your witnesses behavior with how you treated Zelma as a new employee, truly was disgusting and disappointing. Customers should always speak out on behalf of employees they witness being mistreated! You definitely owe her an apology to say the least!

I have been gong to the same store for over 10 years and the assistants know me and help me in my needs. I almost always find what I need there and if not they help me ordering it.

I was so impressed with a person working at this Office Max. I believe he may be new and I sure hope he stays. I entered Office Max not owning a computer but wanting one. Joshua greeted me and offered his assistance. I explained what I wanted and he listened carefully and showed me 2 computers that were exactly what I wanted. He taught me about the GB and the memory and the programs and the services offered at Office Max. He showed me how he would be setting up my computer as part of my package so when I take it home it will ready to start! He showed me the bundle package where I can my get tech support and warranty. He didn’t mind explaining things to me twice if I didn’t understand. I felt so safe buying my computer here. I understand my warranty, I understand my tech support and he is providing the initial set up that comes with the bundle so I will have the virus protection. I sure hope Joshua stays because he is the best thing I have seen happen to Office Max in a long time. The store is nice and the products are good. It’s always been the staffing that’s been problematic at this store.

Heavy set white lady, rudest person ever, no "hi", "how may I help you " "thank you" nothing! Just put my stuff on the counter and walked away. Tried calling Thomas but kept getting run away. Horrible customer service. Oh as for my printing it was good but she rolled it up, which is fine but did a messy job and made wrinkles in the paper so it wasn't smooth and she used a rubber ban which made more dents and wrinkles

Always trust Office Depot. They are always there for your needs. I have been going for decades.

On multiple occasions online indicated they had the product that I made the effort to go down there to get but they didn’t have.

I don’t even give them a one. First the black guy asked if I needed help I told him I was looking around but was looking into May be purchasing a wireless key board then he showed new a couple when I didn’t like the ones I seen I asked him if there was any other ones he looked away and I had to repeat my self 2 times. Then he waves and mumbled something. Then he mumbled something into his ear piece as if I had already stolen from the store. Which I haven’t and I’m not a thief. He then started following me aisle to aisle then when I asked why he was following me his statement was “I have to protect my store from people like you” people like me how shoppers customers paying ones. I’ve never in my life ever been offended the way I do right now.

Our order was not correct. The clerk essentially said there was nothing she could do. There was no one else to contact online or at the store. It was simple business cards. Very bad business. I spent money on something I did not ask for without any recourse and a " take it or leave it attitude". Very unprofessional.

I went to the Office Depot at 5601 Bandera Rd. I was greeted by several workers and assisted by each for various items I was looking for. They were courteous, the store was clean and they were well stocked on a Sunday! I enjoyed the trip and suggest you try this store for office supplies. I'll definitely be back!
