Anna at the Laredo San Bernardo store help me find the chair, my fiancé need it. I very excellent customer service went out of her way to test the chairs with me. This is going to be a big impact in a positive way on my hard-working myra!

FedEx Drop-Off service is useless. Two out of two fails. That is, dropped off and delivered the NEXT business day. For example, dropped off on Thursday and delivered Monday.

No good customer service. They don't tell you can't print certain documents. They don't tell you they SELL & SHARE YOUR INFORMATION and they don't have a print policies were they explain what documents or that a print document must not have any copyright content. The employee just tells you "look in the Internet. " There policy in privacy have concerning information including that if you send a request to delete your information they can deny the request. Disappointed on there lack of clarity. Even if they follow The transparency Act is unclear what they do with your information.

I am a small business owner and rely on Office Depot for printers, ink cartridges, paper and other supplies. When my office equipment goes down, I run to Office Depot of Laredo. The printing staff are polite, professional, knowledgeable amd very supportive. I have started to go there for my bulk copying and for printing amd organizing documents and the staff are awesome.

We could not find the printer we were looking for (they were out of stock), but the staff helped us find other options and took their time helping us and answering all our questions. Very satisfied with their customer service.
