Tried out the self print section for the first time. Sure easy to email my docs to the posted email address.lightning fast delivery of my docs to the server and clear directions on how to use. Took all of 5 minutes.able to use my card.and best of all: no more expensive than the local library! Never going to Fed Ex again:)

I was greeted by an employee right when I walked in door. I was looking at chairs and the same employee asked if I needed any help. He also helped me take the chair I was buying to the checkout. And. He loaded it in my truck for me. You don't see that kind of service anymore.

Great store for office and school supplies. Store is organized and well stocked. Staff was very helpful and overall service was great.

I had to find the item on my own and then had to find someone to help me. The person I found to help me and was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about the product.

Products I came for, did not find, or have help to find. Bathrooms a mess without paper. Expensive inexpensive items.

I was shocked to see that you had the product i bought on line for 25.99 and charged me 29.99 plus tax.

The staff are always helpful and genuine in making sure that l have what l need whether it is finding the correct ink for my printer or the correct tax forms. They also reminded me of their price matching policy which l used on my last visit and they happily accepted. That is good customer service!

Garrett in the printing center provided exceptional service. He is knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you so very much for helping the finished product to be the best it could be!

Eric in the printing department is extremely rude and dismissive. I was trying to print out artwork and I’m sure he over charged me, after not listening to my requests multiple times. I talked to other workers in the store trying to make sure everything was correct and let them know how disrespectful he was and they agreed. Yikes

Friendly professional service by a sales associate. Patience and listening were perhaps the strongest points

It's great to go into a big store like this that helpers on the 'floor to help you find things!

Unfortunately, I have to show a star to write a review. I am infuriated to find out upon driving an hour (ONE WAY) to get to the store to pick up prints they were ready for pick up, this store is closed. NO NOTICE online or when you call. Thank you for such a major inconvenience in my day!
