Love online ordering and pick up. I order, walk in, grab and go! Best idea ever and soooooo convenient! Now if they could just get faster registers when I make an in-store purchase. Always so slow. And staff with attitude (from many previous visits) …seems to be getting better but we shall see if it is a constant. That’s why the 4 stars.

Purchased a real space 2-Drawer Lateral File (Pelingo Collection). Made in Vietnam and purchased at Office Depot. We opened the box, separated the supplies as packaged and began to assemble. The instructions/illustrations were very poorly written, for example, the dowel pins that were to be pushed into the pre-drilled holes would go all the way in so we had to just guess how much of the dowel pin should remain exposed. The holes to attach the Cam bolts to one of the panels, as shown in the instructions/illustrations did not exist and the instructions/illustrations clearly warned against using a power drill. The illustrations do not match what we see with the various parts. After spending several hours trying to decipher the instruction, work around pieces that did not line up correctly and guess at the length of dowel pins to be left exposed, we are considering this “lesson learned” and will not be buying anything else from Office Depot.

The Office Depot on Slide road gives quality service. I was in this time for a tech issue and Blake knew how to handle my issue. The last time, it was for printing and I received the same quality service! Great job to this staff.

Fine selection, store well lit and most appealing, helpful clerks. Do note that many entries on the Internet refer to their free shredding. A stack a foot tall cost me $16.83 plus tax, so it's definitely not free. Happy to pay that to save me hours of doing it at home. But it was a surprise.

The staff at this store is friendly and always willing to assist the customer. The store is clean and well stocked.

I ordered a shredder which arrived broken. An Office Depot employee & Manager processed my refund and helped me find a shredder which I liked better. The process was very quick with excellent Customer Service.

They NEVER ANSWER THE TELEPHONE! PLUS, THEIR PRINTING DEPARTMENT does NOT reply to their customers online! How is this okay?

Management is not even able to be notified when no one answers the phone. It just rings and rings!

I went in today to use the self service copy area - ran into a slight issue with the way my flyer was printing out - popped by the printing desk and the girls working immediately resolved the issue and sent me on my way in less than five minutes - my flyers look great!

KIM WAS AMAZING in print. Another company had failed us on prints we needed the next day and we came in to your store the last minute 40 minutes before closing. Kim was friendly, professional, and had superior work ethic Blowing us out of the water on her ability to pull out our prints as quickly and professionally as she did. Will definitely come back and request Kim. Thank you again from our Church and Cub Scout Pack.

I recently had a frustrating trip to this store but, to be fair, I did not stop to ask for help. I reviewed the trip somewhat badly and have since had correspondence with the manager who went well out of his way to help me. Some of my frustration was my own fault. I tend to forget some things are still hard to stock since pandemic issues. In future I will ask before I judge! This will continue to be “my store. ”

Customer service in printing isn’t all that great!
They act like they don’t want to be there, rude and are to busy on their phones instead. You ask questions and your get different answers from everyone. I’ve ordered here 3-4 times and it’s always something! Don’t recommend at all!

Took a pre-printed document here to be spiral bound. On every other occasion I’ve taken a pre-printed document to be spiral bound at an other OfficeDepot the longest I’ve had to wait was 20 minutes, but here they couldn’t get it done until closing the following day, so I had to wait a whole day for a simple job, that they messed up. There are whole pages that were left out of the spiral bounding. The staff was not friendly. Disappointed and frustrated.

The customer service was excellent. They didn't have what I was looking for in store but they did offer to order it and I definitely took them up on that offer since the online item was on sale. Can't pass up a sale even if it is just for a computer tower. The store was clean and well organized. It was a great 1st time experience. Will shop here a lot more now.

Employees greeted as entered business, carts are clearly marked santized for customer use at entry. Aisles are refigured to allow a safe distance between customers. Employee who helped locate an item that was out of stock and offered an alternate product since the other product was out and waiting for shipment. Checkout was easy and employee helped with resetting up account that I had not used since retirement. The whole experience from walking in to leaving was very pleasant.

Great costumer service and employee at the store, they are very helpful but application was showing that they had the item but they did not.
