Office Depot, Athens TX

Had to replace an expensive laser printer cartridge. When I complained about the pricey HP cartridge, customer service rep looked and found a less pricey Office Depot brand alternative. She saved me $20, for which I am very grateful.

The Athens Office Depot offers a printing service (blueprints) vital to our ability to work from home.

The workers in Athens Texas are great hard worker and the company is clean and very doing great for the customers

I had to go in to have certificates printed and another day I had to go in and have some very small print made into a section. On both days the staff was very pleasant and patient with me. The young lady worked tirelessly to shrink the words I needed in such a small space. For the certificates I had to constantly keep looking at different things to see where they were and which ones I needed. The young lady never once made me feel bad for taking up her time word for not knowing what I needed. I will always come to the store and I will always recommend the store. Is very clean orderly and with just the right amount of help that you may need from time to time whether it's a little or a lot. Way to go Office Depot! Not every sore can match your customer care service.

Helpful desk. The cashier help bring the heavy tubs to my car. Big, strong tubs 2/$25! Cheaper than Walmart.

I needed refill cartridges for my favorite pen. I asked an associate where they were located. He took me there and offered further assistance which I declined. I went to checkout and was immediately assisted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store was neat and clean and had the items I needed.

Used the self printer on the 12/30/22 around 2: 15ishpm printed my receipt paid what I owed which was right under $14.00 I paid At the register and left the store have not been back, Unpon checking my bank statement before bed the same day I notice I had 4 additional charges equaling over $105 from them. Called tried to to figure out the deal and talked to 3 different people one being the manager Lauren and a gentleman who claimed they were “ghost charges “ and wasn’t sure how that was happening and advised me to dispute the charges so
I called my bank while on the phone with Office Depot on 12/31/22and disputed 4 charges totaling OVER $105 should be done and over with. Few days go by and my bank statement shows everything With dispute case closed.

***As of 1-4-23 I Have additional charge of $47.00 which I did not do. ****
