The store is always clean and brightly lit. Items are easily found. The workers are friendly and ready to help.

Great experience with the printing. Service was fast and went beyond my expectations. I received my high gloss colored prints same day even though the expected turnaround was next-day. The quality of the prints were excellent.

A customer service person was very helpful in placing an online order for me and using my rewards, which I had been having trouble doing on my own.

Before I couldn’t finish asking a question there was a older, wide man that kept cutting me off and giving me reasons why he couldn’t help me. Now since I needed copy’s made, scanned and laminated, I was quite confused since I was in a Office Depot. But I was wrong. This was obviously a retirement home for overweight ignorant people who lack in people skills, really just lack in skills in general. There was a young lady who was more helpful and younger man who seemed well medicated with a aroma of skunk. If you need a Office Depot I wouldn’t recommend this establishment but if you just want to meet the worlds most ignorant and unhelpful waste of space, walk in and go to your left and you’ll meet him. He’s the one with a odd mustache and bald spot

Natasha, was very helpful, as I showed up with only photos on my phone for the ink cartridges we needed for two different HP's, she called and gave me the information on which ones I needed, therefore managing my time efficiently.

Being stared down by plain clothed security staff in an empty store is not cool. Perhaps they should try to be more discreet. I hardly came in to steal from a store I frequent 1-2 times a month. NOT COOL!

The printing team members are rock stars. I've been using this Office Depot location for years and the printing staff has always been helpful and my prints are quality.

In a nutshell…guys on the floor were very attentive, got me to whatever I needed with a sense of urgency, and were very knowledgeable. And, Natasha was the exclamation AND the point of the experience! Her customer service skills were on another level, and I can not say enough about how awesome of an experience I had spending a hundred bucks! Lol Left feeling better than I went in.

Needed some printing done on large card stock and was in a bit of a deadline. As I arrived I checked in and it gave me an estimated time. There were quite a few ahead of me but thanks to the two behind the counter they worked quickly to get to everyone. I was helped by Hugo and it was such a pleasure! He helped me straight away and was very knowledgeable. Thank you for wonderful service
