Upper management should be totally ashamed of themselves. I can’t believe you guys had one employee doing everything in the front area. Office Depot quality is non existent and it appears you guys treat your staff worse. Shame on y’all. I showed up at 9 am to pick up my order only to find out the store was temporarily closed till 11 because there was no one. Once again, shame on y’all. I hope your staff quits and finds something better because you guys are utter garbage. Don’t waste your time. Go to FEDEX!

It won't be long and office depot will be no more. Checkout is slow if you can even catch a cashier. No PCs, Monitors, or Laptops on display. Only in cages with signs on the shelves. How can you touch or see to decide if you like a laptop when it's in a cage. May as well order on Amazon right? Another death of a retailer who refuses to adapt will soon arrive. Change and adapt or die.

OD, Customer service is still important. Don't forget that. I see few responses to the negative reviews here I'm a business owner with multiple locations and every single one of my reviews are responded to within 24 hrs.

OD, If you want to change and adapt then check out how Microcenter runs it's stores. Use them as an example and maybe you'll have a chance.

I went to this Office Depot a few days ago and I had a great experience thanks to the employee, Pablo. He was very kind, answered all questions I had and made sure I got my items for the best prices! Great customer service from him

Went in to buy a printer. Absolutely no one working the floor. Went to checkout and cashier told me there is someone on the floor and she would send them to help me. Waited 15 minutes to have someone come from the back and tell me they didn’t have the printer. Will not shop at this store again.

Fabrizio his name should be Fabulous. This young man is amazing. Went up and beyond for me and business. I will be back and hopefully he'll be a manager or have some form of promotion. He has great customer service.

SLOW.wow they are frustratingly slow. Up to 4 people were working on the printing side, but 2 — 1 who looked like the supervisor went to flirt in the back of the store. The line was long and they didn’t seem to care, because you could hear them giggling. The other 2 were swamped working the whole time and handling multiple clients.

The Print Person doesn’t have any knowledge, keep calling the other girl and doesn’t know how to talk properly with costumer.never going shopping here again just hate this place this place got on my nerves really bad for real this people don’t know how to talk or handle the costumer stupid place Got really angry!

Poor service, employees here are clueless. This is why Office Depot will be going out of business. Staff just standing around and have no idea what inventory is available inside business. Go ask him one of the employee said to another employee. Why even go to work?

I was looking for screws to mount my television. I must say David is definitely the best employee ever! He was patient, very kind, and willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much!

Their self services printers don’t even work. And when I asked for help I was told that it’s just the connection and I’d have to wait, even though they had a bunch of employees just walking around doing nothing. Go to FedEx if you need to print something because this place is no help.

Great store for getting what you need and out. Could use a make over as the store does feel outdated to today's standards. Prices are great and staff are friendly.

It takes forever to get something done cuz they only have one or two people working, but today I got in and out of there. The employees that work back there are very young and have no understanding a real customer service and perhaps management should talk to them about that, as well as speeding up the service in that department.

I went into Office Depot 1/17/18 to fax some forms over to an employer. The fax came out blurry on the receiving end. I returned to Office Depot to inform them that their fax machine was sending blurry images. The manager (MARIA) was very rude.
Instead of aruging walked out.
Will not be doing anymore shopping at that store.

Good help as I walked in. Didn't find what I was looking for but cashier help me with placing order. Received my order the following day via UPS.

Seemed to be your average office Depot. Went in with my boss to make copies of our hiring papers. He's very rude and inappropriate and was too handsy with the female workers but they handled his comments and advances very professionally.

This store has a moderate amount of stock. Not too bad for a smaller store, but a lot of stuff there is only one or two. Unfortunately, the employees at this store are rarely happy. The prices are moderate to high.

Good costumer service.covered all school and office supplies also has computer repair facility.

They offer a laminating service but no one in the store knew how to change out the role. They told me I'd have to wait until the next day when the manager was in. I even called ahead to see if their machine was serviceable.

Service was slow and only 1 person working at the copy center. Long wait with only 1 person ahead of me
