Office Depot - OfficeMax, Plano TX

The print area person is quite rude and makes you feel that you are annoying him instead of being helpful. I will not shop here again. I am leaving one star because I could not post with no stars!

Outstanding service from Tracy today. She spent 20 mins with me picking out chairs for a board room project and even helped get me the best price from Corporate on a bulk order. Thanks for everything!

How much effort does it take to be nice to people? Not much, but it’s becoming a very rare thing in areas of service now a days.
, I was treated with respect, maximum kindness and sincerity at this location by their office staff in chargé of printing and stuff. The gentleman helping me out, displayed perfect customer service, went over and beyond, and treated me like a valued customer instead of a passer by, and all for just a sale of couple of bucks to print a couple of images. Want to learn some great customer service, go to this location and see the office staff. Great job!

Brandon, at store #6677, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went above and beyond to make the color copies I needed near closing time. The Office Depot near my house closed over a year ago. I went to a different Office Max in the shopping center that I frequent, but they did not have the staff who were allowed to make custom copies this evening. I visited another print store, and they could not help me until tomorrow. I called ahead to Office Depot #6677 to see if they had staff and time to help me. Brandon told me on the phone he would do the best he could, and he really came through. I now have a new Office Depot where I will take my business, even though it is not in my normal driving path. Thank you Brandon!

I bought a two pack toner yesterday. I forgot my coupon and David was able to credit my account to reflect the coupon. He did a great job and so easy to work with today.
