Office Depot reviews
13 Sales associate at a vast knowledge on the products that they sell in the store I told them what I was looking for what I needed and what was most important in the product that I was looking for his knowledge was very helpful.
The decision didn't take me long and I was out the door on my way back to the office.
The product works just as he described could not be any happier with it.
Good stuff. Usually easy to find what I want, except employees. Too busy for the few workers they have.
Bought a hard drive, and even though the drive was defective out of the box, I was able to go to another nearby store and exchange it for working one and had no issues with the exchange.
This store is frankly pathetic. When you walk in it’s dirty enough that you wanna wash your hands as soon as you leave. There’s dust everywhere. Most of the electronic displays weren’t working. One employee checked if we found everything okay, and we actually did. We were there for document protectors. We go to check out, and we stood there for 15 minutes while this one associate played on his personal phone and wasn’t helping anyone. We were in line long enough for me to find a 200 pack of Amazon document protectors for 10 dollars less than Office Depot and they’re gonna have delivered before the end of the day. Not even Shaq can save their terrible customer service. Office Depot is becoming Amazon’s showroom.
Great customer service from the store manager and Yesbet the associate that helped me. You don’t find friendly people like that anymore.
Employee at the print desk was rude. I don't know if I will be going to a completely different company or just finding a new location of office depot to go to, but I will not shop there again.
Excellent service when shopping in store. Great prices on computers and printers that I have purchased recently. Great store!
Your people are simply the best congratulations on your superb hiring and training skills.
This location doesn't deserve a star. That horrible woman with the "Morticia " eyebrows is the rudest and disdain persona! I liked Dooa much better. She was lovely caring so helpful. An asset to your company. This other.ugh! Belongs somewhere away from humanity
Horrible customer service, cares nothing to please the customer Ivana is a very rude employee. DERICK the manager is an absolute child with 0 customer service skills. Should be demoted or fired and maybe read company policy.
Very helpful stuff at this location. I’m happy I came here to buy my chair because the sales person was very friendly and patient with me because I was very confused on what chair to buy but he answered all my questions and that is to his help I made the right purchase.
Do not come support Office Depot.
Everytime I go to the Office Depot I dread my experience. I already know before I step into the store that I’m going to be there unnecessarily for 30 minutes to an hour no matter what location I go to in San Antonio.
Even the most recent experience this weekend - I came to drop off paper for shredding/disposal. There were 4 people in line being serviced by one worker at the print station (no one was buying actual products on the floor). I have no complaints about the lady working the station, although she was slower and couldn’t prioritize the customers with faster vs.slower services, I was more disappointed by the 3 other folks at the register and on the floor who were wasting time, on their phones, not tending to customers or even said “oh sorry that’s not my department” and couldn’t solution customer questions or asks while waiting in line. My service literally took 1 minute but I waited 25 minutes.
I primarily go to Office Depot for print services, shredding, or shipping and it’s always because no other stores are open at the times I’m available to do these services otherwise I would never come here again.
