Office Depot reviews
15This evening Jessica was a HUGE help in creating a double-sided children's book for a friend. I know today was a busy, hectic day for Jessica and Molly and yet they were pleasant
Waxahachie Texas store has very personable and friendly staff. Helped me out tremendously with a quick poster print job.
We all realize the time is the tip of these days and Office Depot tries to employ the right staff and the right help for anybody and everybody. Thank you, Office Depot.
I showed up before 6: 00 to get some copying done. Copying center was closed, but manned. Store closes at 8: 00. I had to make my own copies. 2 copiers; one was broken. Gobs of people waiting. What a cluster! I drove from DeSoto because I didn't want the hassle of driving into Dallas to find an Office Depot.
The staff at 4: 00 pm were awesome. They were attentive, helpful, and had great attitudes.
I was looking for a kind of obscure product that would have taken me a long time searching the store in person. I ordered online and less than 30 minutes later I was picking up my supplies. Loved it. Thank you!
Dillion is amazing and they are extremely helpful at Waxahachie! Very pleased to get EXACTLY what my classroom was in dire need of quickly and at a great on a teacher salary!
I use the print center regularly. Often several times a week. There are 3 things I can consistently expect:
1. Good quality prints turned around quickly (the only reason I keep coming back)
2. If I order online for self serve pickup I will not find my prints in self serve pickup. They will be behind the counter for pickup. Only once ever have they been where I've requested they be.
3. I will wait at the pick up counter for way too long and be actively ignored. On more than one occasion I have left because I was out of time. Today was one of those days. I waited 10 minutes and was not so much as looked at, much less spoken to.
I know there is a new check in kiosk "for service" but the one time I tried checking in I was told I didn't need to and got the attention I had been patiently awaiting, plus an apology for the wait, which was nice. The kiosk also looks separate from the order pickup counter. So it is confusing, and a little direction would be nice. Or just the common courtesy of a greeting or eye contact to demonstrate that you recognize the customer's existence or a simple "I'll be right with you" would go a long way. It's sometimes comical the lengths they will go to in order to avoid looking at you.
Come here and get your fast prints but don't expect attention or fast pickup.
Called on Friday for prints to be ready Saturday, they tell me that they won’t print them until I get there. Well I live 30 minutes away drive up there to find out the printing area decided to close down early which was before noon when I got there. So if you’re in waxahachie needing prints I suggest going to FedEx they take good care of you.
We actually visited this location for shipping services. The nearby mini USPS office was unable to print postage and recommended we try Office Depot. There was a bit of a line, however the two associates working acknowledge us as we walked up and directed us to sign in for service. We were assisted well ahead of the estimated time provided via text. Mrs Anna assisted us and was very helpful. She provided prices from FedEx and USPS in order to allow for the most economical shipping opportunity. She assisted with w 15% coupon and walked us over to the front for checkout. The sales associate was courteous and helpful. He reminded me of my $6 rewards available. We paid far less than we had anticipated. I was very impressed to see Mrs Anna's name tag and realized she was in management. She was so personable and courteous. She was definitely leading by example. She even wished me Happy Mother Day before returning to the print and shipping area. Great customer experience!
Office depot Copy and Print employees are exceptional in their knowledge and the ability to do a job or project in a timely manner, and to the customers expectations. Office Depot Waxahachie customer service it top notch.
This location is always clean, organized, quality of products and the Customer Service is Amazing!
I had a very important and somewhat complex job for printing. Lily helped me and was both professional and expeditious. Well worth the trip. Thanks, I will be back.
Competitive prices. Plenty in stock. Rewards. And in waxahachie store, Mari is great! Not only is she professional and knowledgeable but also genuine and friendly.
Walked up to the counter to ask a few questions to a (not busy) clerk. Was in the middle of talking when another clerk walks up rudely interrupts telling me, "You have to check-in first to be helped! ". No manners at all. Then ignored me and took another customer before me who checked-in after me. There were 3 clerks running that station with only one customer that was waiting before me. The rudeness was not necessary.
