Office Depot reviews
14Best customer service. I wish I remembered the associates' name. I prefer Victoria Tx.store location over my local store.
My business cards we exactly what I ordered and they were done very quickly. Very professional looking.
Sometimes you just need someone with that professional experience to help you accomplish the job at hand. I trust Office Depot with the jobs
Ask for help and they are there waiting to answer any questions you have. I would recommend this store to anyone
Have all the things I need and can print pics from my phone. Great copy machine you can do yourself. If you don't know how to make copies then just ask worker's. They are great!
Clean. Stocked well. Helpful staff. Process are a little higher on some products than other stores.
I got what I came for with the assistance of a very helpful associate. He even helped me put things in my car since I am currently handicapped.
Sales person provided the best service offering me the best deal on paper instead of what I was buying and then carried my purchase to the car for me. Great service!
Never have anything in stock. Then I buy something and they say I can’t take it out of the store. Worst place in town
Do not use their shipping service! I went there for the umpteenth time today to ship a document to a location I've shipped to many times before through office Depot at the same location. The gentleman told me that the address could not be found in the system after 15 minutes of watching him kerplunk on the computer keys. I've never had such a problem with this business before. Usually within 5 minutes I'm in and out. I will not be using them again for shipping. My time is valuable.
Warm and Friendly and Will Spend time giving Information that Helps to Make a Quality Purchase
I had papers faxed, and although there was a wait time, the associate was constantly busy with other customers. While I was there, I tried to purchase a repair kit for my office chair. They do not sell repair kits, but I thought it was really nice that one of the associates took time to offer some other places that may have what I need. I thought that was nice of her to try to help me.
The best thing about my visit to the Victoria Office Depot store is that it was quite convenient. When I lived in the Valley almost a year ago, the Harlingen Office Depot store had closed down and I had to drive to either Brownsville or McAllen. But, since I have recently moved to Victoria, it is so much more convenient to shop here within just a couple of miles.
Hunter was very knowledgeable very helpful. He needs a raise. If it was more sales person like Hunter. People will start going into the store instead of shopping online. He went that extra mile. Thànk you Hunter
