Only half of their employees are competent outside of one area in the store, consistently out of stock

I've visited this place twice in the past three weeks, and on both occasions, their printing equipment wasn't functioning. It's quite frustrating to see them advertise this service when they can't maintain their equipment to offer it reliably.

This location is one of my favorite stores. I can usually find the products I need. The employees are always so helpful and are never hard to find. It is a great store! I recommend using caution when visiting this location after dark because the parking lot lighting is not great.

Couldn't get customer service only saw 2 employees on in the back on phone the whole time and not sure where the other one went. Disorganized, the bath rooms were disgusting had to leave to go find a clean restroom toilet backed up door wide open didn't look like anyone had cleaned in a long time.

Went into office Depot. I was a knowledge I was spoken to plenty of smiles and I didn't wait for a long period of time the young man was very attentive to his job he knew what I needed what I was looking for in the process went very smooth. Thank you office Depot

Went in Office Depot on Stagg Drive in Beaumont Texas at 510p on 06/11/2023. I need 2 cards laminated & 3 papers scanned. I went to the counter & it took the young man a while to come greet me. He said he didn't know how to laminate. He went got the general manager for me. The manager that came was wrinkled & not groomed properly. He said the laminated machine was already turned off asked could I come back tomorrow. I asked why was it turned off & the store don't close til 6p. He said it's his store & his decision. I replied Wow & walked out of store. I came back in asked his name & he removed his badge from his shirt. He told me he was not giving his name for me to call & make a report. I told him if he was abiding by the policy & procedures here he wouldn't have to be worried about being reported. He told me to leave the store I was no longer welcomed that I was banned from the store. I made sure to tell him he was one of the worst managers I've ever come in contact with. I told him he had went to far for know reason. I would be contacting corporate office to report him. Please pull that video all that I have written is true even to the point of him taken off his badge that said general manager I just couldn't see his name. I was wearing a gold t-shirt & jeans. Please take the time out to give him some training in customer service.

The copier/printer machine was broken. It cost higher for the employee to print it. I had to travel far somewhere else to get it done. Very disappointed!

The Office Depot at this location has great customer service, a great variety of products, and the store is clean. They’re especially very helpful with carry out to the vehicle. They do a good job.

They treated us as if we were garbage and being nice they had us waiting for half an hour and told us that due to the time we couldn't make it, it doesn't make sense if they close at 6: 00

I'm in Beaumont TX but some of my brochures didn't arrive. So down to Office Depot to see what they could print for me. It's 6pm by the way and they close at 8. I need brochures for the morning.

Wow. What a responsive team. 3 different print jobs, sorted out issues with paper size and the manager even offered to stay open to make sure the job got done. (Not needed in the end).
