Office Depot, Dallas TX

This service was TERRIBLE I wish I could give it negative stars!

The service at the store is more than terrible!
They did not want to work at all! We use Office Depot all the time for our training paperwork.

Today was horribly different we walk in and they give the wrong email, never corrected that, when we print it’s the thinnest paper grade. We take out the paper that we need, show them the correct one and they say they will not change the paper in the printer and then never gave our $ back.

When we complained about it he’s like he’s “not going to play this paper game” so I said what the F are you talking about? You ARE the paper game your Office Depot, if the paper isn’t right you fix it.

He they says we need to leave the store!

Really? Steal my money and put us out?

At this point I consider Office Depot a thief.

We’re a company that cleans and trains for COVID-19. This is totally outrageous. I need resolution.

I will complain on every social outlet I can until something is resolved.

The lady at the front is very rude. I was waiting for her to finish with one customer so i could explain to her what i wanted and she asked me what was i looking for i said thats fine you can finish helping him. And she responded “ i have alot of things to do can you just tell me what you want. ” With an attitude. I am sorry but I immediately left. Maybe she was having a bad day at 11: 00 a.m.

I haven't been into this location in years. Recently, I stopped by to print some of my daughters school work. I specified in the email to this location exactly what I wanted. The lady there didnt read my request, stating I assumed you only want to print attachments. I noticed error, ran right back in. Instead of her acknowledging her error. She made me wait in line 10 more minutes as if it was not her error. I brought in a customer who I created a layout for a yard sign. She demanded payment up front and a signed waiver saying if we come for pick up and the sign is pixalated. She is not responsible and no refund. I was really surprised as my service in Addison is a 360 experience. I assumed they were all the same. We declined to do at this store. We went to Addison. In 24 hours, they discussed my layout, cleaned it up and had the prints with no pixalation just in time for our event. I recommend they get people in print area that have good customer service & some experience with editing, layouts and printing. I ll continue to use the Addison location for all my print, book publisings, signs, posters, etc, needs.

Awful service for print station. After spending 30 minutes on an order, I get to register and get referred by two staff members to to on the site and do that. They are unable to even take an order. Idiocracy is here

Very rude staff in paper section I've been there more then once I can't take it any more I try to be patient nice but I can't wait she doesn't smile or Apologize.

Ben helped me buy a printer and a shredder today in less than 20 minutes. He was knowledgeable, energetic and very helpful, from the buying decisions to loading them in my car without being asked. Great customer service.

The worst customer service ever with Sharla at printing department!
I will never go back there at all!

The team member i spoke with knew how to direct me to the item (s) I needed.
This was comforting as he was able to show me options. This occurred more than once; as I had to go grab something else after my initial purchase. He made my shopping experience great.

The store itself is ok, not the best. However this is definitely my place when it comes to Back To School shopping. Avoid to ridiculous crowds at Wal-Mart and Target and just come here! For the the past 4 years I've been able to successfully find 95 - 100% of my child's school needs.

This is my 2nd time here & it’s the same situation. Incompetent employees, they act as if they don’t even know how to do simple things like load paper in a printer and work a fax machine without seeming confused. This Office Depot is a joke, matter fact every single place of business that I’ve been to in that entire shopping center has been bad. I will never go to anything in that vicinity ever again and that’s a promise!

These idiots don't know how to use a fax machine can't imagine how incompetent they are on bigger projects

These people have always addressed my needs quickly, professionally, and courteously. I shop here exclusively for my business and office needs.

Lady at printing doesn't seem to care at all, lazy and not know basics stuff with photo editing

Steve took care of me right away when I walked in the store at opening time for 30 double-sided laminated copies. Alicia then took over the order and promptly finished the order. Fantastic customer service!

Very old and slow computers. The staff aren't welcoming and they act like they are forced to be working there especially in the printing area. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with the service there. Actually, one star is even too much to be given to this Office Depot.

It's ok. Nothing special. The print & copy area is where I frequent most. Service is just ok.

Seem to be understaffed at every visit leaving long lines and few employees available to answer questions.

The store is tiny and I felt unsafe walking up the narrow sidewalk next to traffic to get to my car in the parking garage, but the man who handled my order at the print center was very friendly and was able to do what I needed. The wait was long due to understaffing - maybe 20 minutes before my order was ready. The other customers were also friendly.

The staff act like your bothering them just by shopping in their store.

Hey here's a thought.if you hate your job that much QUIT! & find something else to do but making my shopping more miserable
